Real budget cuts at twice (or more) the rate of any debt ceiling increase.
The only exception, Defense.

One spending cut we could do.  Yes lets stop the vacations by Obama and hs family as well as the parties on the tax payers dime. Frankly Obama's "Marie Antoinette"  is not going over well with taxpayers.  Telling the public to tighten their belts while living high and wide is flaunting it in our faces.

Wouldn't there actually have to be cuts first before they declare they'll make no new ones?
