Get the GOP out of our Uterus!

You idiots are such idiots.

OK, fine. We'll end the ultrasound.

Now the child is legally a person.

Feel better now?

1. Since you brought it up, when does a fetus become a person, with his or her own civil rights?

2. Ask the GOP that question.

"Snotty"?

"Sarcastic"?

6. Traditionally at birth, but most of us would probably allow for gestation sufficient to

allow for unassisted viability outside the womb.

Pre-viability fetuses/embryos are not people. I don't know of any traditional or historical societies that considered nonviable fetuses to be persons equal to born humans. Even in biblical times they most definitely were not.

Enjoy yourself.

11. If I were younger, pregnant, and living in one of these states, I'd take a million dollar life

insurance policy out on my "person" right after I found out I was pregnant. Then, I'd sue the hell out of any insurance company that wouldn't insure my person. Because if it's person at conception, then legally, an insurance company would have to insure the life of that person, right?

See, I had a history of miscarriages....

How about pre-natal health insurance?

12. I am sorry to here that, but the GOP has an answer for that too

Criminalize women for mis-carriages
under their law you would be a serial killer and would not be allowed to profit from the criminal activity of multiple mis-carriages.

Half my girlfriends would be
in jail as well. with no children. some suffered three or four losses before carrying there babies to term.

The GOP is sick

Lying whore.

I think it's fair to say at no time during the post-natal period has any Proglodyte ever been a viable life form.

This is when I'd be almost be willing to spend tax dollars on birth control.
Idiots don't deserve to raise a child.

Only liberals have abortions.

The cure is in sight.

Well, it seems to me that if being "brain dead" is a criteria used for shutting off life-support, the primitives should've been shut off whenever it was they became primitives.

Wouldn't science say that if a human is carrying a fetus that the fetus would have to be human? Why do they hate science?

How about we just criminalize this level of stupidity?

A miscarriage and an abortion are 2 different things, you potted plant. A miscarriage is something that goes wrong in the womb and the baby dies, an abortion is where some sicko goes in and actually kills the baby. Using your logic if my grandfather dies of natural causes at age 97 it's the same as if I smothered him with a pillow while he slept. I love how you call us sick, when it is you who celebrates abortion.

Visualizing the baby on ultrasound is one of the few ways of actually confirming a pregnancy you morons! Spraying your rank urine on a stick is only a probable sign and can show false positives. Ultrasounds can also help diagnose other illnesses that may show signs like a pregnancy and could possibly save the woman's life. :banghead: :banghead:

So, the OP pretty much established that as far as Proglodytes are concerned, you can slaughter viable infants in mid-natural birth with legal impunity so long as the entire body has not slipped free (or perhaps they'll claim the placenta as well, who knows when convenience governs all). As far as they are concerned you can kill this person because they unilaterally decree personhood is based wholly on what space one occupies and that pass is the compressed length of a vaginal canal.

And yet, here we are, harvesting every day, the various lectures, tirades and rants of the Proglodytes concerning our supposed duty to create social welfare hammocks safety nets, education, infrastructure, health care and green energy (and apparently a world with robot butlers if Juan Cole is to be believed). When you complain that they're greedy little leeches they will protest that it is not for themselves they work but only for future generations that they aspire.

If a viable child can be killed with the claim that anything less is tyranny against the adult who would presumably care for it then is this not some tyranny against the present generation by the demands of future generations? They will kill humans in the womb but they would make us slaves of those that won't be conceived for generations yet to come.

Does this make sense to anyone or are we witnessing just one more Proglodyte rage-fueled rant to impose their desires on those who prefer to keep to themselves? Doesn't all their smarmy appeals to "the world we leave to future generations" ring hollow?

Those new high-definition ultasounds of the baby's face have to be a nightmare for the abortion marketers.

They look just like a black-and-white photo of a newborn.

No kidding GOBUCKS.

One (of many) things that differentiates a liberal from a conservative is a basic belief that our rights are bestowed by our Creator versus granted by the state. In this example, they are making a flimsy argument that a person is not a person if the state has not granted rights to that person. We think that is a ridiculous definition for so many obvious reasons, human biology and development notwithstanding. The very idea that you would allow your state to define and grant personhood is breathtakingly reckless and stupid.
