This middle aged man was getting his grove on.  Some times the music and the beat can get people much older then him out of their chairs and the mind and body just takes over.

I have no idea why mind and body works this way, one of those great mystery's of life.   Why do the drums of a constant beat cause us to sway with the music, why do we tap our toe to music ?
