Horror as patient wakes up in NY hospital with doctors trying to harvest her organs for transplant profits

(NaturalNews) I've warned Natural News readers about this several times over the last decade: Do NOT become an organ donor! Although you may wish to help others out of the goodness of your (literal) heart, the sinister truth is that doctors routinely harvest organs from LIVING patients right here in the USA.

And here's yet more proof. This true story will astound you.

Waking up on the organ harvesting table...

A woman named Colleen Burns recently opened her eyes to find herself on an operating table in a hospital in Syracuse, NY. Looking around, she noticed that she was the subject of the operation. It turns out doctors were about to harvest her organs and send them to other waiting surgeons who would transplant them into other patients.

This isn't fiction. It was covered by ABC News and several other news sources. It really happened.

And how did it happen? Doctors falsely pronounced her dead by fraudulently claiming she had suffered "cardiopulmonary arrest" and "irreversible brain damage." This gave them the medical justification to start slicing away even while the woman's heart was still beating.

{{snip}}

Don't give doctors any incentive to kill you. They already kill enough patients even when they aren't trying.

Trust me on this: say NO to organ donation. If you really want to help people, teach them to protect the organs God already gave them through superfoods, nutrition, exercise and healthy living.

One big reason I demand the family to insist on not allowing the N/R  over my bed and keep me on life support for as long as they can afford it.   Who knows if I can understand what is going on, life is short death is forever.

Seen and read of people in a coma for 20+ years waking up for unknown reasons.

Another reason I still smoke and drink at my age, there is little to be harvested from my body of use to anyone.  No worry about any funeral director removing my bones to sell and replacing with PVC pipes, my bones are all worn out from 40+ years of hard work.

Ever wonder what happens to the limb of a person that was severed in an accident ?    If the person is young and healthy, the bone, ligaments and even the skin is harvested to be sold.

Worse thing I heard of was a young cop training a cadaver dog came upon an accident where a youngster lost his foot.  She scooped it up off the road and used it to train her dog.    I am sure she meant well but she got busted when the family wanted to know where his foot went to.

I did have a cadaver bone implanted into my leg as a tumor was chomping on my bone.   I became interested when I saw the after ex rays of the operation.   Looked like a knitting needle in there.  No way to trace whose bone this was and Boston General has all kinds of security measures in place to keep patients and their lawyers from filing a law suit.

I lucked out getting a first year resident that could get into the computer system.

I've been part of the brain death, cardiac death decision process, and I do not believe that there is a conspiracy afoot to declare people dead prematurely.  Doctors are required to do a number of tests before somebody is declared brain dead.  Cardiac death is more straightforward.  Doctors aren't perfect, and I suspect that when mistakes have been made it has been the result of proper procedures not being followed.

I agree that healthy living is the best way to reduce your need for an organ transplant, but that doesn't do people with genetic organ defects much good.  My cousin's husband has an autoimmune disease that attacks his lungs, and he will require a lung transplant in the next ten years.  There is nothing that he could have done to prevent it, and I pray that an appropriate donor will be available when it is necessary for him to get the transplant.

Also, the article lies when it talks about quality control standards.  The vast majority of people are not candidates for organ donation, even if they want to be.  Also, the organ donation sticker on your license means nothing, in the hospital nobody will be aware of your organ donation status, and it will not affect your treatment in any way.  It is all up to your family to make any decisions about actually donating your organs.  I work in the hospital system, and I've watched doctors make the decisions about brain death, and I still want to be an organ donor if I die early.
