Did you hear that the NSA is categorically denying any and all FOIA requests for the files they have on individual Americans? Apparently, anything that anyone does, that they retain, is now highly classified. People who have absolutely spotless pasts are being told that whatever the NSA has on them, the person has no "need to know." :mental: :censored: :thatsright:

I can guarantee that, from personal experience, whatever the feds have collected about you will NEVER disappear from their files.
But I will say this; my Dad's WW1 Army records, along with many other WW1, WW2 and Korean War records were lost when the St. Louis Records Center suffered a fire in July, 1973. Does that give anybody an idea? (http://www.conservativecave.com/Smileys/default/fuelfire.gif)

Considering that NSA's Utah data center is right down the road from me, yeah, it does... :evillaugh:
