This can not be real, has to be a joke or some kind of photo disarrangement.   Then I look at her legs, dear me perhaps this real.   

So sad the side shows at carnivals no longer go on so people like her could earn a good living.  Any one remember Lobster Boy who made a fortune on his displaying his birth defects ???  Had he not been able to do so he would have died poor without a fan club.  As it was he was murdered by family for his conciderel estate.
