Doesn't anyone have any standing to sue to override the delay of the Affordable Care Act?

Or does the law allow for the screwing of employees to give businesses a free pass for a year?

You idiots cheered when it was passed then cheered louder when the SC upheld it.

5. The employers sure aren't going to sue

This was in their favor, keeps from cutting into profits or bankrupting them for another year.

The emperor passed his edict to the land and the emperor can delay implementing at his pleasure.

To bad they didn't have "No Child Left Behind" when Nancy Pelosi was growing up.....she might have learned to read and they wouldn't have had to pass this monstrosity so she could find out what was in it.

I think even the evil whore Sebelius can do just about anything she lies as there are thousands of mentions of "As the Secretary of HHSl shall deem..." in the 3000 page tax hike.

The handful of DUmmies with jobs are pissed off that their hours were cut for nothing.

Turns out their pay was cut a year early.

It just confirms, in the democrat world, that only suckers work.

DUmmie admits it could possibly bankrupt some business yet I'll bet it still cheers for O'bamacare.
