Not looking good for the Trayvon fan club

Today we got an eyeball witness saying Trayvon was on top of Zimmerman, making "punching" motions. While he couldn't confirm that Zimmerman's head was being pounded on the pavement, the pictures of his bloody head might have something to say about that. A MINUTE later, the cop showed up, and HE testified that Zimmerman told him he was yelling for help and nobody came. This throws out with the kitchen sink the "theory" by some around here that Zimmerman caused the injuries to himself.

Like I said: This is manslaughter. I think the racial component and public pressure is what made the prosecution charge Zimmerman with a crime he clearly did not commit. It's pathetic, because had the prosecution actually charged Zimmerman correctly, he would've had SOME kind of punishment for his actions.

Instead, he's going to walk. Count on it.

To make so light of the death of a young unarmed, innocent teen and those seeking justice--

The poster in question may sincerely hold these views, for which I am repulsed, but necessarily accepting; but, if they are being sent here to disrupt, I hope it catches up with them.

6. Fan club is a sarcastic way to refer to people

who want justice for Trayvon. It's obvious what you want.

You don't want justice, you only want Zimmerman to be found guilty. Not one of you fools gives a damn about what happened. As soon as you idiots heard some creepy ass cracker popped a cap in an innocent black kid you were howling for blood.

Poor innocent li'l Trayvon would be alive and well, happily gangbanging his way through the Florida state penal system, had it not been for George W. Bush.

I'll be honest here... I haven't really followed the case and I do not know Florida law. So the question I ask is thus: Can the jury return a lesser verdict such as say manslaughter or whatever? Or are they bound to give an up and down verdict on the charge?

Anyway... how ever the case turns out I hope it stirs the dump into a frenzy.

I think they could return a guilty verdict on manslaughter.  Whether or not they do, especially after today's eyewitness testimony on lil' St. Trayvon's 'MMA style' beating of Zimmerman, is anybody's guess.

Just view him as a clump of cells and what Zimmerman did as a post-birth abortion. It'll send a tingle up your legs.

You DUmp bastards make me sick. You pricks don't know what innocent is. As long as it's a defenseless baby, someone who is TRULY innocent, dying you are cheering it on.

Thanks BlueStateSaint!!!  I wasn't sure about Florida law. Here in WV, if they charge you on x, and if the defense says that that is all they want, then the jury cannot drop it to a lower count. Once found not guilty, the DA cannot charge you again on the incident.   :cheersmate:  :cheersmate:

That's what the liberals in general and the dummies in particular have been doing since obumbles got elected, Delmar. When they cannot argue the facts they scream racism.

What hypocrites and racist they are! They delete a thread that says "Trayvon fan club," but a thread that says "Zimmerman fan club" is allowed to stand.

With nary a peep from DU. Victim and perpetrator were the wrong color, I guess.

^ That's revolting, and disturbing.

Freep: That has to be some kind of jury record.

Trayvon got his justice.

He received the due consequence of his actions. Can't get more just than that.

It was in NJ where the state has decided that she is better off unarmed.

The cowardice and group-think of DU never ceases to amaze me.

Good point, maybe if Zimmerman had snipped the gang bangers neck instead of using a gun there would not be any of the outrage we are now hearing from the DUmp.
