The Zimmerman trial is a farce. He's going to walk and Rachel is going to look like the criminal.
The prosecutors have not done a good job in my opinion. There were plenty of places to object to what the defense was doing trying to put words in Rachel's mouth and make the jury believe that she actually said something she did not say.
The wounds in the pictures of Zimmerman look like they were from some object and not from a fist fight with the person he was following. Skittles must be a dangerous weapon. I would not put it past the police and Zimmerman staging these wounds...it's been done before. OK, i watch too much TV like the The First 48.

1. at some point trayvon may have tried
to defend himself by hitting zimmerman's head on the concrete. they could have rolled around for a few minutes, but it's trayvon who's dead from a gunshot. who had the gun? who did the stalking? zimmerman was told not to pursue trayvon.

I listened to the questioning and he asked the same damn questions over and over again, the judge actually had to tell him to stop repeatedly asking the same question, he would then move on to repeatedly asking a different question over and over again, this went on for hours.
Think about this from the jury's perspective. They are being completely dragged away from their home for weeks, they can't work and jury duty pay sucks so they suffer financial hardship, they can't talk to anyone, can't spend time with their families, and then they watch an asshole ask the same damn questions over and over again to someone who tragically lost her friend and is clearly uncomfortable. If the jury feels this guy is intentionally wasting their time as he clearly is they will not like it.
As far as the prosecutors go I think they are putting on a much better show, they have been far more concise and do a much better job of presenting interesting evidence. And contrary to what you said they have objected on quite a few occassions, the objections seem to have been sustained more often than not, but they are not always sustained and that is why the questioning was allowed to continue.

The DUmbass is right, but not for the reasons he imagines. The charges were politically-driven by a cowardly state government in order to appease certain interest groups. Even Alan Dershowitz was calling for sanctions against the state attorney for such trumped-up bullshit.

I looked in the magic 8 ball and see much more racist blacks threatening violence and rioting as the kangaroo court continues demonstrate that Trayvan was in the wrong and that Zimmerman's story is truth. The only thing they have left is to scare the jury into convicting an innocent man. Can't wait to see what the racist blacks have posted on Twitchy by tomorrow.
Even if George evades the witch hunt in this court you can safely bet that Eric the Red and his Department of Injustice will file charges against him for some made up crime. The point in all of this is to rile up the tribal blacks for the 2014 election and to show whit...crackers that you cannot defend yourself.

It seems that the entire defense of George Zimmerman is based on the theory that Trayvon Martin had no right to fight for his life.
No, DUmbass. It was George, that felt his life was in danger. Not Ombambi's son.

I'll give that girl credit for answering and responding the best she could.
Unfortunately, they weren't what the persecutors prosecutors wanted.

I noticed ever since the incident first occurred, DUmmies always refer to Zimmerman by his last name only, whereas Martin has always been Trayvon, and now his 'friend' Rachel - first name basis for both.
I can't put a finger on a reason for this, other than the DUmmies want their victimized heroes to be more like family, hence the first names.
Could this be the reason?

Hmmmm.... well dummie, all the facts haven't come out in the case yet. Another witness testified today. An eyewitness. A prosecution witness.
First paragraph of the article:

I have been watching most of the trial on TV, I tell you what, I have never seen or heard of another case that the prosecution provided so many good witnesses for the defense.
Even the local news reporters are talking about how good these witnesses are for Zimmerman.

My 2 cents Linda... this is beginning to look like it is nothing more than a witch hunt. I do not know the facts, nor do I pretend to. That is for the jury. All I am saying is that when the cops and local prosecutor declined to charge and indict, that says a lot. :cheersmate: :cheersmate:

The only reason there is a trial was due to political pressure. The media, MSNBC especially turned the whole thing into a racial issue by editing tapes. Then the preezy opened his big fat mouth and said Trayvon would look like his son. Then we find out that Saint Skittles called the white Hispanic a creepy ass cracker, but he was black so racial slurs are fine and dandy. :banghead:

I agree but do not discount the threat of riots and personal death threats. This is nothing more than a kangaroo court. It is official, we are now a third world banana republic. Even if George does escape this lynch mob Eric the Red and his Department of Injustice will swoop down and continue to make his life a nightmare.
I do know that if George's last name was Ramirez, Guiterrez, or Martinez he would be a free man. The DNC propagandists thought this was too good to check and that's why we have the new lexicon in our vernacular "White-Hispanic."
