it's like he had a little stroke or something. I read transcripts of that debacle last week sometime, but I
honestly thought it mush have been exaggerated. no, the real thing was actually worse. :-)

I love how he says "I am glad that you are all fired up" to what appears to be a basically silent and
motionless crowd. :-)

He CAN NOT speak off the cuff. GWB had a problem where his brain would go faster than his mouth, resulting in malapropisms and the like.

hussein doesn't have that problem -- he has no ideas that he truly understands. He is just a speech regurgitator.
