Nope.

Doesn't matter what any man says.

Not even a "Supreme" Court Judge can make two men or two women into a married couple.

I'd go further and say no judge can make a man and a woman into a married couple.  At most they are contractually bound in certain ways, and then only until another judge rubberstamps the break-up.

Of course, the only problem is the queers and the fudgepackers are convinced in their pointy little minds that they're "married." Nothing will budge them of that notion, especially since they've sullied the institution itself.
