OP gets hidden simply for reciting one of those facts. OP title read:
"f***** coons" or "f*****" punks? Controversy about George Zimmerman's words is put to rest today
Even the prosecutor was quoting Zimmerman as saying "punks".
This is what the OP looks like now:

Message hidden by jury decision

A Jury voted 4-2 to hide this post on Mon Jun 24, 2013, 10:48 PM. Reason: This post is disruptive, hurtful, rude, insensitive, over-the-top, or otherwise inappropriate. (See Community Standards.) When the original post in a discussion thread is hidden by Jury decision, the entire discussion thread is automatically locked so new replies cannot be posted.

Who is it again that is intolerant of facts?

2. Stereotyping. It's why human memory is not a good standard
for conviction or acquittal. Too many innocent people get sent to prison (or worse) because the superficially resemble the real criminal.
It's still irrelevant. The only relevant item in this case is Zimmerman's disobedience of the police dispatcher. Once he exited that truck, he became a vigilante.
That's illegal, folks.
Anything Martin might have said or done in his defense is irrelevant. Anything Zimmerman claims to have felt as he approached Martin is irrelevant.
This trial is about vigilantism.

4. "Zimmerman's disobedience of the police dispatcher. Once he exited that truck, he became a vigilante
bad news, the dispatcher has just testified that they can not give orders to people, only suggestions or else they could be held liable if something happened as a result of their orders.
The dispatcher also testified that he could understand how Zimmerman might have misunderstood him.
Ouch. DUmbasses for months have been harping about the dispatcher "ordering Zimmerman not to follow Martin", even though the exact words were, "We don't need you to do that".

9. It still holds. Zimmerman was not a cop, he was a wannabe
and the second he exited that truck, he turned into an armed vigilante.
I don't care what that dispatcher has to say. Zimmerman was told to follow procedure and let the cops handle any problem.
You can tell the difference between left and right in this case. The left focuses on Martin's right to be where he was and to be alive today. The right focuses on Zimmerman's right to shoot an unarmed kid who sassed him.
No, you can tell the difference between the right and the left because the right still holds to the quaint old notion of considering evidence, while left kneejerks toward the "a white (Hispanic) killed a black so it has to be murder, now and forever, amen" school of thought.
Oh, and what is the obsession with the "iced tea and Skittles" meme regarding what Martin chose to snack on that night? DUmmies intone the words as if it's some kind of magic chant that confers automatic innocence and blessings on the subject. It's like Muslims repeating "peace be upon him" every time the name Muhammad is spoken.
"Well, I believe Trayvon (iced tea and Skittles) was murdered because it's obvious Zimmerman's racist tendencies came out as soon as he saw Trayvon (iced tea and Skittles). Trayvon (iced tea and Skittles) was just an innocent kid who wanted some iced tea and Skittles. Anyone who consumes iced tea and Skittles like Trayvon (iced tea and Skittles) did is obviously pure as the driven snow! Justice for Trayvon (iced tea and Skittles)!"

Warpy is on a roll here.
Post 1. "The only relevant item in this case is Zimmerman's disobedience of the police dispatcher."
After being told the dispatcher testified today that he had no authority to issue such an order and, that the tape played in court shows him saying "you don't have to do that"
Post 2. "I don't care what that dispatcher has to say."
-
IIRC, Zimmerman was already following St. Trayvon, Keeper of Skittles and the dispatcher said that he didn't need to do that. The DUmmies keep saying that Zimmerman left his truck after being told not to.
-
Hmmm, they keep referring to Zimmerman as a "White Hispanic" because one of his parents is white. If that's the case, wouldn't Obama be a "White African" since one of his parents was also white?

Most dispatchers, at least in this here neck of reality, are not actual patrolling officers. They are dispatchers only and can't order anything more than pizza. They are also not armed.
Unless the Terminator breaks in.

Funny how that escapes the (D)Ummies, isn't it?

They are dispatchers only and can't order anything more than pizza.
But in the police department heirarchy they're still a half-dozen steps above Weepin' Steve Dawes.
-
Is it just me, or did anyone in the media yet bring up the fact that there had been a number of burglaries of homes in the area, which mysteriously dropped off once Trayvon dropped off?
Just askin.

True.

I saw somewhere ( I thought it was this forum), that ice tea and skittles was a prelude to some sort of drug interaction...

I am hoping this will be introduced in the trial to blow up in the face of those who portray Trayvon as innocent as the wind driven snow.

It wasn't tea. The drug cocktail is made from a fizzy fruit drink (St. Trayvon had Arizona Tea brand watermelon drink), Skittles, and Robitussin.
But that is irrelevant to the case at hand, as it does not directly prove the elements of the crime, or cause reasonable doubt of same.
-
Well now, if poor lil Treyyvon had minded the manners his mama taught him, and been courteous and respectful to someone who obviously lived in the neighborhood, this would've never happened, and no doubt Treyyvon would be on the honor roll at school by now.
But no......he had to mouth off. Mouthing off has consequences.
Perhaps a little too hard in this case, but you know, shit happens.

"You don't have to do that" isn't the same as "Don't do that", you idiot. If someone is suspicious in my neighborhood, and we've had several break-ins, you're damn right I'm going to follow him, even if the dispatcher SAID "don't do that". He/she doesn't have the authority to prevent me from searching my neighborhood for a potential criminal. ...but the dispatcher never told Zimmerman not to do that. She said, "you don't have to do that". Fool.
-
They keep neglecting to mention that Martin had eluded Zimmerman. This never would have happened if that punk would have went home instead of backtracking in order to attack Zimmerman.

Race baiters and DUchebags (BIRM) are going to be butt hurt at the end of this trial.
I fully expect Holder to come in with the Department of Injustice and prosecute because St. Treyvon is one of his people.

Don't be so sure. I watched a good chunk of the trial yesterday and Zimmerman's lawyers seem grossly incompetent.

Well that's not good. However, I think the witness who saw St Treyvon on top and beating Zimmerman will be one of the key decision points. I also read that it is almost all female jury and a female judge.

DUmmies, here is your media bias front and center:
Lil Skittles plastered all over the net:

Look on the bright side.
Whether Zim is found guilty or not, at the end of the day poor, innocent li'l Trayvon will still be deader than a mackerel, and that's a good thing.

It's too bad the prosecution team can't tap into all the legal expertise over at DU. Lots of sea lawyers on that thread and not one of them stayed at Holiday Inn Express last night.
Especially Warpy, what an idiot.
