Didn't he also joke about Palin's 14yr old daughter Willow, getting knocked up by a baseball player?

That was Letterman.

Maher is just taking his cues from Obama.  Remember  , he was the one that compared his bowling abilities to someone in the Special Olympics.

Anyone remember the TV special Maher did at the apollo where he attempted the wigger routine with phrases like "just keepin' it real", and almost didn't get out alive ?

He doesn't keep it real much since that occasion.
