You Know The Racists Who Went Nuts Over The Mixed-Race Cheerios Girl?

Those are the people who HATE the president. If they lose their mind over a Mixed Race Little Girl who has horribly offended them by eating Cheerios, imagine how they feel about living under President Obama.
These are the same people who descend like a flock of vultures onto media websites to leave horrible, hateful comments on stories about the President, about teachers, about liberals and Democrats. These are the people leading the shrieking mob who wants to see the birth certificate, who want the guns IN the schools, who put the targets on the Democrats that they don't like. These are the Freepers and the Creepers and the Cave Dwellers.
And they never stop looking for more poison to throw at the President, and they never stop screaming about who they hate now. But lately they are even more hateful and desperate. Their hatefulness has turned the youth vote and the minority vote against them. They are freaking out because they know they are very close to losing the House in the next elections. So they are losing their sh*t and they are running in their little circles faster than ever, screaming and pulling their hair out.
And they are pulling out every stop to throw some crap on the Democrats. They are looking through meeting notes from three years ago and four years ago and they are searching for anything that can be taken out of context to make the Democrats look bad.
Their goal is to discourage Democrats from voting. Their goal is to drive a wedge between Democratic supporters. Their goal is to blow every story up into the worst thing Democracy has ever faced and their goal is to make sure that the country never elects a mixed race President again. (And to make sure that companies like Cheerios don't hire a little mixed race girl again).
When we start screaming and running around, when we start fighting amongst ourselves, then we are following the script these racists have started.
I'm not running around in a circle screaming. I am going to wait until more of the facts are out. I'm going to stay calm and reasonable and remind myself that DUers have been warning us that the Patriot Act is full of provisions that allow just what everyone is freaking out about. We already knew this was happening, we just didn't know the particulars.
But these stories against the President are hitting the news one right after another, each of them seemingly on topics that were discussed in meetings in front of the people who are now helping to break the stories. This is just what they did to Clinton. Rapid fire mud-slinging until something sticks. It can be proved untruthful later, after the damage is done.
If you are screaming for Obama's head, if you are leaving the Democratic Party, Congratulations, those racist Cheerio's people finally got you to do what they wanted. They got you to help spread their message.
I'm still a Democrat. I don't like this but I will leave it to Merkly, Warren, some others I trust, to figure out the details. I stand with the President. I stand with my party. And, above all, I stand against most of what the Republicans have to offer.

I judge any person by their character. 0bama has none. Maybe that is why you so adore the liar. Maybe it is because you DUchebags are the true racists. I don't pretend to know what happens in your small and hateful minds. I don't want to. I only black box what you say and do and it is abundantly clear that the left hates brown people as much as they hate freedom. Ever more so clear is that the left is what they accuse us of being. It fools a lot of people and most of those are on the left.

Nobody "went nuts" over a stupid commercial. You could post a video of puppies and flowers on YouTube and get a string of obnoxious posts from trolls. It's the nature of the internet and open, anonymous comment forums that it draws all kinds of attention-seeking nerds showing out on the threads. It's the same on just about any unmoderated or loosely-moderated video site.

I saw posts in articles and video links about that little girl needing a lung transplant wishing her dead, talking about how fat and ugly she looked, saying her parents were morons for trying to keep their corpse alive, and stating they wished they could see her choking to death on her own phlegm. They were also cheering when news broke of her condition worsening and saying that it is a crime to consider giving this child a transplant, that they would rather throw lungs in the trash than give them to her.
Funny none of this hit the news and fostered the kind of outrage the cheerios shit has.

I saw the DUmmies venting outrage over this and assumed it was the DUmmies themselves, or their close kin that was mostly responsible for any hateful comments on that commercial. I had not seen the commercial.
The DUmmies need new material, it's 2013. People date and marry whoever they want these days. The only exception might be black women, and that's mostly because of other black women.

I saw this on Skins's island some days ago--not this campfire, but another one about the same thing--and thought, "What the fu--dge? Who the Hell over here's upset about that?"
I figured the controversy was a thirty-minute wonder, but apparently not; the primitives are trying to milk a rock, and all they're getting are sore hands.

These are the same people who combed through Romney's entire life history to find thirty- and fortyplus-year old stuff that they could say was cause to disqualify him from the presidency.
These are the same people who were horrified that many, many years ago Rick Perry's family RENTED a hunting camp with a name that offended them. (And that was probably from the era when RP was a Dem.)
And they say Benghazi was "a long time ago."

I dated a black woman at one time, back in 1996 and 1997 so my anecdote may not always hold true. I get some push back from black guys, but none of them really wanted to cross me. When my girlfriend introduced me to her black woman friends the looks they gave me were nothing but dirty. They were nothing but vicious towards me and her.
She was interested in hiking and outdoors type things, which was kind of unusual for someone like her. She wound up dating one of my best friends after we broke up. I'm the godfather of their kids now.

As a woman? a part of me can understand those arguments black women make BUT on the otherhand you can't have it both ways, you can't scream that racism is wrong then turn around and practice racism against someone who's white and feel that you have a legitimate excuse to do so.

After seeing the commercial again on the YouTube link above, I realized I have seen it, and the 'mixed race' thing didn't even register in my mind. I just thought it was a cute commercial.
