Trayvon Martin is a criminal and thug. If I was a juror in George Zimmerman's trial, I would acquit him.

To be honest with myself, I wouldn't really hold that against him.  Boys are throbbing hormone vessels and of course they are going to be ogling anything they can see.  Any type of male teen is going to have those type of pics on his phone, sadly.

Which can be classified as child porn . . . I think that is the unstated thought here.

If they don't hear it, that's grounds for an appeal. Keeping that information secret is prejudicial to the defendant.
