I don't think the DUmmies buy either.  WIC covers Pampers, and why buy birth control when it's "free", or worse yet, preventing more of that "free money" from Obama's stash from finding its way into the DUmpmonkey's pockets for squeezing out a few more leeches?

Primitives need neither. They don't need to do anything having to do with reproducing and they certainly don't need to be around children.
