Is it just me or has President Obama presided over
more devastation than any US President in recent history? When I mean devastation, I mean mass shootings, natural disasters, etc. I'm also not sure if I should lump Bush in there with 9/11 and Katrina.
It just seems like a lot has happened during his Presidency.

1. Climate change is accelerating.
So no, it's not your imagination.
This summer...we will have at least one major mega fire as well...not me saying it, the fire people are.
OMG a wildfire during the summer, alert the media right away. :whatever:

2. Bush's failure to protect us in his first year is much bigger.

Not to mention the thousands of soldiers he sent to their deaths for the next seven to fight for his codpiece.
You bitch that Bush didn't stop 9-11, then when he took actions to keep it from happening again you idiots crucified him.

5. Much of Katrina was due to Bush's incompetence
He appointed an incompetent moron to head FEMA, and dragged his feet responding to the disaster. So yeah, he bears a lot of responsibility.
All of Benghazi is due to the incompetence of the 0bama administration. The difference is, 0bama and Hillary really are incompetent, Bush was ready to send in all kinds of help for Katrina, but the democrat governor of LA told him to stay out. I suppose Bush could have muscled his way in, but you goons would have crucified him just as much as you do now.

It almost makes you wonder if Obama is using black magic to cause natural disasters. They seemingly occur just when he needs a diversion or a boost. :tinfoil2:

Oh, geez.
1. FEMA is a liberal government group.
2. Bush declared a State of Emergency in New Orleans two days before Katrina hit.
3. If you're looking for a politician to blame for Katrina, try looking at N.O.'s mayor and Louisiana's governor (Both Democrats). Coming up with appropriate pre- disaster evacuation plans and post- disaster responses was much more their responsibility than Bush's, and they both failed miserably. I can still remember the photo of dozens of school buses (Each of which could have been used to evacuate 20- 30 people at a time, had a competent mayor or governor given the order to do so) left unused, sitting in the water, a complete waste. All the mayor did was exploit the tragedy to whine about Bush and make racist statements (i.e. expressing his desire to see post- Katrina New Orleans become a "Chocolate city").

I do know for certain that there are 9,500,000,000 (9.5 million) fewer people working since 0bama put his disastrous economic plans into action.
Each and every day the scam of AGW becomes more exposed. Yesterday the BBC was wondering why temperatures have not gone up since 1998.

Funny how Bush's Clinton-legacy national security operation was all his fault on 9-11 but Obama's Bush-legacy Osama-hunt was all King Hussein's brilliant leadership, innit?

Considering the "character" of those doing the praising, not that surprising at all.

You'll never get the helmet children to admit those truths.
Never.

Well it could be worse because I just heard 0 saying that he, himself without any help at all, created (or saved) 6 million jobs. so we could be down more than 15 million. Take credit for that big boy. To think these wonderful economic stats came at a cost of over $20,000,trillion of which $7,000 billion was borrowed funds. Oh I forgot, we did get an increase of yearly GDP of almost $500 billion..in four years...with government spendi..wasting all of that money.
This my friends is what happens when an economic super genius/community organizer, that has never worked a real job a day in his life, controls the country.

Yeah, it's that whole 'All the credit, none of the blame' thing again - if he 'Saved or created six million jobs,' but there are 9 million fewer people employed now (Just for example, I haven't checked how large the actual number of net jobs lost since January 2009 is) than there were when he took office, that should rationally also mean he 'Singlehandedly and unaided destroyed 15 million jobs.'
