Fascism is socialism with a capitalist veneer (quote from Sheldon Richman at Library of Economics and Liberty. (http://www.econlib.org/library/Enc/Fascism.html)). A Fascist government controls business production, wages, and costs for "the common good", which is never common nor good.

King Hussein wants to redefine "liberty" to a collectivist idea, and the phrase "from each according to his ability, to each according to his need" is the subtext of every speech he makes. He is a doctrinaire Marxist. He seeks to punish wealth creators and reward wealth takers. He is a Socialist. He wants to control the economy by "picking winners" in business, and using the power of the government to destroy competitors. He is a Fascist.
