Okay, I've been reconnecting with my long-ago past, and using my conpoint.com e-mail for it.
Which is something called "AXIGEN Webmail."
I can't send "attachments" on it.
I get a little box, "to access this functionality you must enable pop-ups in your brower."
What do I do next?

Top of browser Tools and look for pop-up blocker on or off. Turn on .

If I might ask, what version of Internet Explorer are you using?
I'm also curious about what operating system and service pack level.

Like others suggested, I'd check pop-up blockers in the browser. In Firefox, you can go to options | content tab.

The reason I ask is because depending on the browser / operating system combination you may have some granularity on how you control the pop up blocker.

Okay, I did what J P Sousa said, and it worked.
Question, though.
I haven't yet turned the pop-up blocker back off, and I've been on the computer for quite a while. There doesn't seem to be any difference in operation, and thus far I've yet to see a pop-up pop up.
What's up with that?

If you were in the ad biz, and knew that popups are less popular than the flu* and that most platforms come with some sort of popup blocker, would you bother adding them to your content?
*Given the fact** that more people run with popup blockers than get annual flu shots.
**Anecdotal, AKA PDOOMA.
