Jodi Arias says she wants the death penalty
After the verdict, she gave Fox an interview saying she preferred the death penalty to life in prison.

My question is what kind of lawyers allow their client to talk to the press and say such a thing. Sandusky similarly blabbed to the press. I'm no lawyer, but I know this kind of thing does not help a defendant's cases. So

I wonder if PhDDs knows that she's been found guilty of first degree murder so she really doesn't have much of a "case" anymore?

Maybe she's hoping that statement will some how get back to the jury and they will give her life?

If she gets the death penalty, just watch the appeals fly.
