‘No such thing as ethical oil,’ Al Gore tells Toronto audience
http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/national/no-such-thing-as-ethical-oil-al-gore-tells-toronto-audience/article11777256/
So says the unethical and bitter Al Gore. :mental:
-
I guess there is such a thing as ethically fleecing liberals out of their cash in order to acquire 200 million dollars... right Al?

Says the 1%er who left his house that burns 52 times the oil as the rest of us to fly to Toronto to scold the rest of us.

Only 40% of oil is used for fuel. The remainder goes into the manufacturing of almost everything else we use.
These idiots need to try to live just one day without touching anything oil is involved in.

Roughly 15-17% of the oil we use goes to electrical production. The rest is split between manufacturing and transportation, with slightly more going to transport.

Al Gore No Longer Investing in Green Tech
http://www.nationalreview.com/planet-gore/329720/al-gore-no-longer-investing-green-tech-greg-pollowitz
Gore’s company files a quarterly report with the SEC that tells a different story about the 30 stocks in its portfolio. His company’s public investments in wind, solar, biomass and other alternative energy to combat climate change are practically non-existent.
And if you want a piece of the natural gas pipeline game — heavily dependent on the environmentally suspect fracking — you can find that in Gore’s portfolio as well with Quanta Services (PWR).

Here is this.
Al Gore’s petrodollars once again make him a chip off the old block
http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/she-the-people/wp/2013/01/08/al-gores-petrodollars-once-again-make-him-a-chip-off-the-old-block/
How does raking in $100 million petrodollars, his reported share, fit with his life’s mission? In an interview last year, he said the goal of “reducing our dependence on expensive dirty oil†can really only be understood in light of the “main reason for doing this, which is to save the future of civilization.â€
That is a lot for one person.

A LOT of medicines are made from oil. I wonder how many DUmmies realize this? (Actually, I could care less!)
