This is one of the weirdest, spookiest bouncy tales I've seen at the DUmp.
Of course it's all a lie - the comment about bumper stickers eliminates any possiblity it could be true - but what's the motivation.
It's just a really strange, spooky post. I wouldn't want to meet the weirdo who wrote it:

My day at a gun range , well here's the story
My friends had invited me to go shooting on several occasions but I always politely refused.
First off I wanted to make sure I drove there in case I wanted to leave . I didn't know where I was going so they gave me the GPS
directions .
This was not a public range it was a private club that also was a hunting and fishing sportsmen club.
When I pulled into the long driveway it had several signs ,skeet range , rifle range , pistol range , club house etc..
I drove to the rifle range where I would be meeting my friends. First thing I noticed was a
picnic and barbecue area where several families were having a picnic with children running around ,laughing just being kids.
Next thing was the parking lot at the rifle range. First thing I noticed were several Obama, Biden bumper stickers on
vehicles , that made me feel more at ease being the first time at a gun range.
I meet my friends and some other shooters there and was able to fire many types of rifles.
The thing that amazed me the most was the money some of these rifles cost.
I jotted down some names such as GA precision , Barrett , Desert Tactical Arms ,Accuracy International.
Also the optics on some of these rifles were incredible to look through.
I was instructed on how to do wind calls , read a reticle for bullet drop as we were going to shoot long range.
I seemed to do well firing and after about 2 hours I decided to call it a day.
I thanked everyone there and drove home.

Has to be a lie. You don't learn to call wind and hit targets after a few hours on the range.

Nope. Professing amazement at the cost of the weapons then, easily acquired expertise as a spotter? Bullshit.

Nyaaah Gawd..... :whatever: What did you add that for. Cred, Mr. Low Post?
No idea what this guy's trying to say, unless it's to say that marxist-loving retards go the range with high tech gear. That was strange.

There was a mini-purge yesterday in the Gungeon of several longer-term DUmmies. Newmember had been posting in there so he was probably trying to cover his ass by saying he was shooting with other Dims.
The anti-gun Dummies hate the pro-gun DUmmies with a passion that even exceeds their hatred of Republicans. Especially since they lost the background check legislation, even though the pro-gun DUmmies supported it. They love to eat their own.

We're going to the range today. I'll watch for DUmmies...
Oh, hell, who am I trying to kid? I won't see a single God damned "Obama/Biden" bumper sticker all day!

I believe I have this thing figured out.
The Anti-gun people cannot themselves own a gun due to either being a felon or having a person living with them a felon or a certified nut case. Do they themselves be on probation or have relatives living in the home be on Parole.
So it is a mark of shame and a jealous factor that others have rights they do not have. One of these, I cannot get credit to buy a new car so the neighbor that does should not have one either.
Anyone that passes the background check to buy a weapon is a slap in the face to these people, it is a insult that these gun owners, those that have more Rights then they have.
So -----If you or someone living with you comits an act that removes the right to drive, own a weapon, or Vote, Darn you, no one is perfect, these gun toter's just are as bad as us, just haven't been caught yet.
I look at those protesting guns and wonder if they are protesting against the weapons or protesting the fact they cannot pass a backgrown check and if they can't own a weapon, no one should.

I have NEVER seen an obumble / biden supporting ANYTHING at ANY shooting range or ANY gun store.
I've seen LOTS of obumble commie/hammer/sickle/socialist/gun grabbing/lying/stupid bumper stickers and t-shirts at those places.
-
They even posted a pic of obama.

However, we actually go to these places.

I don't recall ever seeing any evidence of democrat support at a range or gun store.
When the democrat party first went crazy, in the late 60s, early 70s, firearms weren't much of a partisan issue.
In fact, President Nixon favored outlawing handguns altogether.
His administration coined the term "Saturday Night Special", which led to the formation of NRA-ILA.
It hit the fan when Dead Ted ran against Jimmeh in 1980 primaries, and the NRA distributed millions of "If Kennedy Wins, You Lose" bumper stickers.

Someone was playing with one of those toy Daniel Boone rifles while on acid..."shop smart...shope S-Mart!"

Range report: Zero King Hussein/Biden bumper stickers in the parking lot. King Hussein's picture was prominently displayed in the gun shop, on the cover of last month's "America's First Freedom" magazine from the NRA. Lots of Gadsden flag and "NRA- Stand and Fight" material.
Related: A couple of weeks ago, I put "NRA- Stand and Fight" and Gun Owners of America stickers on my truck, along with a green circle "firearms welcome" sticker. No outraged liberals have jumped out of the bushes yet.

The Virginian Pravda has been warning people around here to not put gun stickers on their vehicles. Supposedly the local chapter of the Sons of Obama have been breaking into houses to get guns. No mention of a single indecent of that happening but they were screaming just the same.
Oh no dim stickers on cars where I go either. Of course it is on the nearby USMC base.

Hell, I don't see any zero/biden stickers on cars, just driving around; let alone at a shooting range.
Really stupid addition to a pointless and boring story.

I actually ran into an Obama asshat at a gun store this year, it was in a strongly unionist part of the state and he was (Of course) working under the table while scamming the worker's comp system. They do exist, though rare.

I don't think the DUmmies would have been pleased with the conversation I had at the local sporting goods store the other day.
Most of the ammo counter was (per usual) bare, save for about 10 boxes of 62-grain .223 rounds which were going for $24.95/box. Yeah, I'm not paying $1.25 a round, even if they are hunting versus target rounds. The discussion regarding Obama/Biden wasn't, shall we say, "favorable" to put it mildly.
And I'll be damned if I can find ANY .45 ACP anywhere at any price.

Hmmm. I found some last week, but I didn't have the money.

Some one knows were to get it Sparky. My town has a sportsman club close enough to my house to hear rounds being fired at the range. Have you checked the Maine stores for Ammo, the Trading Post in Kittery has in the past every thing one wanted.
10 years ago the cost to join the club was around $50.00 a year, lots going on unfortunately we both were placed on 2nd. shift and could only shoot on Sundays mid day. But we did meet some interesting people, and see some weapons I did not know existed outside the military.
Join a club no idea what the cost to join today but there will be someone there to give you a heads up on private sales of .45 ACP--- what ever that is.
Sea, this Club is about 4 miles on the road from me, we got membership cards at a local Gun Shop and a key to get into the property. Nice place as I remember it, perhaps a 2 minute drive on a dirt road in the forest, then a well kept range. I brought my Rottie to get her use to gun fire, she was a trooper. Steady as a rock or bird dog.
Back then kids would sit on top of the roofs of cars or trucks to watch their parents shoot, have a picknick as Mommy went down to shoot at the targets.
I admit I was somewhat surprised at the number of girls 8+ dressed up in ear muffs with very serious looks on their faces headed out to shoot, the parents were raising children to survive in a crazy world.

No shit, Sherlock! Thanksgiving weekend (before I bought my scary black bangstick) I was seeing caseloads of loose Lake City .223 at KTP for $400/case.
IF you can find .223 ANYWHERE it's pushing a buck a round or more. Sorry, not really up for practicing or loading up at those prices.
And if anyone's going to run out FIRST, it's KTP because of all the dipshit flatlanders overpaying for shitty ammo instead of recognizing the good stuff when they see it.
-
At least it's reached the point where some ammo can be found, even though the prices are mainly stupid. To me, that says the hoarder market is calming down and the dot-govs have spent all they can on it for now, so things are moving in the right direction, finally. Found some .45 ACP ball at a gun show recently at a very reasonable price, and some 7.62 Tokarev (Berdan, though) that was actually fairly cheap even by pre-famine standards.

I've still got some inflated prices to deal with (PRNY). .38 Special is what I'll be buying for a bit, then maybe some '06.
