Poll: 29% Think Armed Rebellion Might Soon Be Necessary

Three in 10 registered American voters believe an armed rebellion might be necessary in the next few years, according to the results of a staggering poll released Wednesday by Fairleigh Dickinson University’s PublicMind.
The survey, aimed at measuring public attitudes toward gun issues, found that 29 percent of Americans agree with the statement, “In the next few years, an armed revolution might be necessary in order to protect our liberties.†An additional five percent were unsure.
Eighteen percent of Democrats said an armed revolt “might be necessary,†as compared to 27 percent of independents and 44 percent of Republicans. Support levels were similar among males and females but higher among less educated voters.

I went down to Gander Mountain in Paducah yesterday and surprisingly the place was a ghost town. Full wall display looked chock full. I didn't check ammo, though.
But, it was 13:30. All the gun buyers were still at work.

I've seen a couple of YouTube videos to that effect. Some gun stores are still getting regular deliveries, they're just gone by the end of the day. Especially ammo.

Lemme give ya'll a little hint here. The Constitution doesn't defend liberty. YOU don't defend SHIT. You piss on the Constitution when you don't like parts of it, especially the parts that say EVERYONE can speak their mind, and especially that part where we can have scary black guns that shoot honest-to-God bullets and shit.
Were it not for the efforts of your betters, the Constitution would have long since died, because without the blood of patriots who have fought and died for the PRINCIPLES AND IDEALS for which it stands for the last 240 or so years, it would be "just a piece of paper," or that "evolving document," which is what you've wanted it to be all along so you can in fact ignore it when it suits your needs. But problem, DUmb****s--once you ignore one part, all of it is endangered, and none of you have the ****ing stones to stand up for it.
Bottom line, GCE (gross conceptual error,) -10 points. FAIL.

The available US military strength is around 2.3 million persons at any given time. The amount of veterans of that military system is about 20x current strength. How many of those persons are on one side or the other? Some of us were trained by the greatest guerrilla army ever, the Viet Cong. How many of those currently serving will fire upon their families? How many will see this as a rich vs poor event?
Carefully consider who might be willing to fight and why. If it happens EVERYTHING ends.

They've given themselves away too many times for people not to have noticed. Think back to the "ready to rule on Day One" comment in 2008 and go from there.
The only reason people aren't more up in arms about it is because they would rather be slaves--less thought required that way.

Never forget these are the same MFers who had nothing but praise for the Iraqi insurgency as they were murdering our troops.
