We Are Just A Selfish Stupid Ass Nation That Deserves What We Get.

Amazing that an FAA exception law will pass in just 48 hours so Americans won't have to face delays at the air port. Meanwhile people are starving, dying and being inconvenienced in other ways that are even more important shows who we are. There should be outcry and rage to get rid of all of the sequestration.
Meanwhile we have 84 million Americans who have been medically uninsured the last 12 months. Increasing taxes on the rich and corporations should be a done deal yesterday.
ADDENDUM: Where are our priorities? Airport delays and safety are important. But the consequences of the sequestration is important in many important areas as well. We do respond to disaster and tragedy as we should. But we are not responding to the dismantling of our society in important ways. The erosion of the common good on a day to day basis is critical.
We can see disaster and tragedy, but we miss the tragedy of hunger and people dying because of lack of access to health care. Those losses are important and the idea that as long as I am ok I don't care. Because one day it will be me who is suffering.

not to mention contradictory.
If, as YOU ****ing believe, that we deserve what we get, then what the **** is your problem with Americans without health insurance, or starving or being bombed or shot?
We're getting what we deserve, right?

I mean I would view the average DUer, an intellectual, give or take.
And I think the less intelligent, out number us, the intellectuals.
The majority of Americans have shown time and again, they couldnt think their way out of a wet paper bag.
What unfortunate, is those low-IQ masses are going to be the reason for the destruction of the US.
Ergo, taking alot of us with them as the turn the country into a Somalian amusement park.
One reason I am planning on getting out of the country, while the going is good

Well dummie... I question any dummie that claims they are intellectual. I have seen way too many posts at the dump that prove otherwise.
You are kinda correct though in the outnumbering... the takers do outnumber the producers. Takes real intelligence to be on the government dole. :mental: :mental:

So, the DUmmie is leaving the country......hope he takes a few thousand of those starving fat people with him.

3. Americans voted for them.
Every one of the right-wing jerk-offs, and campaign-from-the-left-but-govern-from-the-right "moderates" was elected by a majority of the votes.
Americans--lazy and stupid--have exactly the government they asked for; the one they deserve.

5. Except most people voted for Democrats in 2012
But let's call the people lazy and stupid for being stuck with a rigged political system.
Dopey.

No - I'll tell you what you are, TMN.
Pissed Off-
You THOUGHT you finally had a way to break the sequester, and plant it firmly on the rethugs because the 'air port' delays were a tangible effect that would be felt by the common man -
So those same nasty rethugs put together a package to fix that, cornering the good, angelical, Democrats into passing it, else they would be responsible. I think the phrase you are looking for is 'rope-a-dope' ? or maybe 'nTh dimensional chess' ?
Boo-freakin'-hoo.

Masternumbnuts should gargle some buckshot.

I hate to say it but maybe we do deserve what we get. Any nation that protects abortion as a sacred right just may be pissing off God.

Not to mention putting a Kenyan Muslim in the White House

I'm inconvenienced by all the taxes that come out of my paycheck to pay for those that don't ****ing work.

You know, idiot, we happen to agree, but you just can't seem to make the connection as to WHY you are right. I'll give you a hint, the mass of what you just describe either votes your way or agrees with more handouts for themselves on their way to that Somalian amusement park ie YOUR ideology encourages something you claim to abhor--think about that for a moment. Now, considering you can not make that connection, you should consider your own observation about intellectualism a little more carefully since it seems you and all your other 'high IQ intellectuals' might be walking about like little emperors without clothes.

A $85 billion "cut" out of a budget of $3.5 trillion is like pissing in the ocean to make the sea levels rise. Your boy Barry furloughed the air traffic controlers, numbnuts.

I thought Obumblecare was supposed to take care of all that? What happened? BTW, DUmmie Master Bater, just WHO do you think would be paying all those taxes on the rich and corporations? I'll give you a hint: look in a mirror.
(On second though, never mind. Your reflection would either break the mirror, or you would have no reflection, like the rest of your blood-sucking relatives.)

God, I hope so!

Intellectual? Where is that intellectual curiosity.... like in the facts?
Oh intellectual one....here's a little math problem for you;
The FAA got a 4% sequester cut, yet they are still going to receive more money this year than they got last year. However, they cut the air-traffic controllers by 10%, which they used at the busiest air-ports in the country.
For some extra credit, research how much the FAA cut from their nonessential expenses and future grant allocations.
The FAA also just started a lot of new grant programs at the cost of

Intellectual? Where is that intellectual curiosity.... like in the facts?
Intellectual in as truly seeing a way that 1+1 does equal a root vegetable. We are mentally stunted because we cling to reality and facts by still thinking it equals 2. In today's leftist world words mean exactly the opposite of what they have meant in the last 1000 years. Newspeak is here and it is a complete project from the left to fool stupid people, like the DUchebags.

I thought it was impotent?
Impotent, important, who cares.
What's a couple of letters, right? [/DU mode]

-It's typical liberal slight-of-hand.
The Government makes a cost projection, and depending on who they are trying to impress or infuriate will determine how they phrase any deviation from that projection.
Example ;
I project I'm going to spend $100.00 more this year than last.
If I spend only $60.00 more because of my policies, I will proudly proclaim "I have saved 40% of the budget this year !"
If I wish to paint a negative picture of my political enemies, I proclaim "Party X forced me to cut 40% from the budget, costing us important services ! Think of the children !"
Either way, the truth is I have spent $60.00 more this year than last - my budget saved nothing, and the other party forced me to cut nothing. -But that doesn't matter. What does matter is perception, and if enough people are stupid enough to buy into it.
-
They focus on the controllers, but what about inspectors for the FAA? If so, I guess it's what on the face that matters...delays are gone, but are the planes now in good working order? Or are the FAA inspectors still being furloughed and inspections delayed? Just a thought. I guess I'll have to ask my dad and see.
