So, it appears that the Tsarnaev brothers didn't legally own the
firearms that fired 200 rounds at the Police in Friday's gunfight. Tamerlin was denied US citizenship because of a felony assault case so he could not have passed a background check. Dzhokhar met the age and residency requirements but had not applied for a license to buy or taken the safety course.
We can safely assume that they purchased their guns from a private source without a background check and who, if found, cannot be charged with trafficking and punished for selling to a felon.
If your Senator was one of those who blocked gun legislation please drop them an email and phone them to point this out to them.
Aaaaand, if they were denied a purchase by a private citizen you would be calling them racists!! Incorrectly but you would still be calling them that.
None of that really matters anyway DUmtard because criminals are always going to get what they want and it won't matter how many laws you make.
Here's a fun exchange;

12. Which would be a federal and state crime.
there is no way they legally purchased those guns.

21. A crime that cannot be detected until someone dies. Full background checks with serious
penalties for not doing one will help.
I am really ****ing tired of all the bitching about enforcing unenforceable laws. So .... let's pass some more laws we won't/can't enforce ... right?

25. Thanks for that. Uselessly pointing out that a crime was committed after a crime was
committed is not conducive to conversation. Particularly when the gun lobby writes laws for the legislature to pass that are intentionally unenforceable.
I wish the 'gun lobby' were writing the laws! At least we would have someone that knows what the hell they're talking about writing them!
There's more but I don't have time to grab it.

These are the ones that openly advocate not enforcing our immigration laws right?

Idiots will never understand criminals will always get guns no matter what.

In the local news last night, 3 hooded thugs pistol whipped a man severely and made him open his gun safe. They stole 29 long guns and 4 pistols. If only he had had one handy instead of locked securely away.............per city gun law.

That'll work.
"Hello, Senator? Yeah, there's these people who stand in dark alleyways and illegally sell guns they've stolen to other criminals. I just wanted to point that out. You blocked gun legislation, right?..... Yes, this is flamin lib...... Yes, I actually do believe gun legislation would prevent people who stand in dark alleyways from illegally selling stolen guns to criminals..... What do you mean what is my DU user name?"

My mom has her Glock locked away too. I'm trying to get it through to her that if someone breaks in it won't do her any good hidden and locked away.

How to impress a DUmmie: Place the word "universal" in front of another word or phrase.
'Social' works too.
Why not demand Universal Social background checks from your senator?
-
Or just maybe they procured the guns through a criminal or through criminal action.
I didn't see that on the DUmbasses possible lists. They love to show their ignorance and stupidity.

I'll take "common sense".
Now it's "common sense" this and "common sense" that.
A few years ago, it was "working families" this and "working families" that.
But then the jug-eared muslim put them all out of work.

Uhm, I'm calling bullshit on your story. If guns in your area are supposed to be locked up ... Uh, how did the thugs have them to commit the crime?

Maybe if flaming lib read this out loud and/or recorded it and played it back he would hear how stupid this sounds.
Ok maybe he's just too stupid period. :hammer:
(I'm sure criminals would voluntarily submit to a background check. :rotf:)

private source = gangbangers who robbed someone's home and stole it from the person that purchased it legally.
-
Maybe they got the guns from a RADICAL ISLAMIC TERRORIST sleeper cell here in the U.S., who also happened to finance their little adventure.

And I'm sure those guys will be the first to submit to registration of their firearms.
:whatever:
The idiots actually beleive that the recently defeated gun legislation would have stopped this.

I don't think they do - However, I do think that they believe a disarmed GOP is far more likely to be compliant.

Sure they will TX, just like the Germans did in 1935. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
