The Cuban gov't handed out pressure cookers a while back (under the guise of saving energy).

No wonder Cuba is still on the terra list. Every Cuban kitchen has IED potential.

Tostones? (in my family we call em platanos, actually) ... frying pan & tostonera only.
So....why eggzactly would you need a pressure cooker if you're Cuban???? I mean rice & beans, pernil, platanos, what more do you need to survive anyway?

I'm Puerto Rican anyway. Far as Cubans are concerned, Puerto Rico is to Cuba as New Jersey is to New York. If you're from New York, you know what that means...
