An envelope sent to an office of Sen. Roger Wicker (R-Miss.) included a substance that has tested positive for Ricin, two sources say.
It was not immediately clear when the envelope was received or whether it was sent to his Washington, D.C., office or a field office.

Suspicious envelope brings hazmat team to Dallas federal building
DALLAS — A Dallas Fire-Rescue hazardous materials team was summoned to the Earle Cabell Federal Building downtown Tuesday evening to investigate a report of a suspicious envelope with white powder inside.
Dressed in protective white uniforms, the specialists entered the building at the corner of Commerce and Griffin streets after 6 p.m.
