Only Miss. abortion clinic gets license reprieve

JACKSON, Miss. (AP) — A federal judge has temporarily blocked Mississippi from revoking the license of the state's only abortion clinic.
U.S. District Judge Daniel P. Jordan III on Monday extended an injunction he issued several months ago. It blocks the state from closing the clinic while it tries to fulfill a 2012 state law.
The law requires all OB-GYNs who do abortions at Jackson Women's Health Organization to have privileges to admit patients to a local hospital.

2. Thank goodness
I keep wondering where the courts are in this mess of Rethuglicans attempting to push the Christian Taliban's agenda. The majority of these laws are bound to be Unconstitutional on a few levels.
If the court fights start now, by the time it would get to the USSC, Obama will have appointed at least a more moderate judge or two.

Yes, because if an abortionist mutilates a woman the same way Gosnell did it'd be a darned shame if he could have his dying patient admitted to a hospital.

How ****ing sick is this! People are dead. A child is dead. Peoples' limbs were littering the streets of Boston. And this piece of shit ghoul is happy babies can still be ripped from the safety of their mother's womb and a woman can bleed to death on an abortionist's table because he doesn't have the necessary credentials to admit her to the hospital. Oh well, guess they can just throw her in the trash next to her dead baby.
