While they were digging through online records of Georgia abortion clinics, they stumbled on the fact that Attorney General Eric Holder’s wife Sharon Malone Holder (both pictured right) co-owns with her sister an Atlanta area abortion clinic building.

...

What’s more, the abortionist at Old National, Tyrone Cecile Malloy, was indicted last year by a Georgia grand jury on charges of Medicaid fraud.

Critics say it may also explain why Holder has been eager to prosecute pro-life advocates who counsel women outside abortion clinics….

“There is a clear conflict of interest when the man charged with pursuing those that abuse the system is also one who is engaged in some way with the business,” said Davis, whose organization brought the issue to the attention of Watchdog….

In recent months, judges have blocked Holder’s efforts to punish pro-life supporters counseling women outside abortion clinics. In one case, Holder’s Department of Justice agreed to pay Mary “Susan” Pine $120,000 for its filing of an “improper lawsuit” against her, according to a statement by Liberty Counsel, an Orlando, Fla.-based nonprofit legal firm. Pine counseled women on the sidewalk outside a Florida abortion clinic….

Get the word out...start sending this around to talk shows etc.  With the abortion doctor trial going on, good time to bring it up.

Wait a minute,  Holder's wife may have owned many buildings and had no idea what the tenants were doing.   The fact that her husband was pro abortion may have never entered her head.    :argh:

Can we hold landlords responsible if they rent buildings and turn them into a business that is not illegal ??

Problems come from the laws, this woman was well within her rights by the State and Federal Government to rent out her property to anyone that turned it into anything that was excepted by the Government.  Could she have refused to rent to abortion clinics, yes but then a law suite against her for discrimination could have been brought.

The Liberals have us by the ass,  Land lords are now up against the wall, someone with a criminal record for most anything can not be turned down.  As long as the renter has a good credit rating it matters not what their past was or what they were, just today matters.

Do you think that IF a member of Bush's administration had a wife who rented to a "Militia Group", that would be brushed off ?

Yes we can, or at least the government can and does.  They have confiscated rental properties from the rightful owners under drug seizure laws and for other crimes committed on properties.  So, yes, it is the responsibility of the property owner to know what is being done on the property they own.

Take your meds and read the article.

An excuse of ignorance is not plausible:

The paper trail backward, according to Anderson:

Quote
The same tax records show the building was formerly owned by Dr. Mack A. Jones, late husband of another of Holder’s sister-in-laws, Vivian Malone Jones. Her death, announced in an Oct. 14, 2005 obituary in The Washington Post, reported that she was Malone Holder’s sister.

The other two sisters apparently inherited the building at that time.

Paper trail cover-up attempt

Anderson further detailed how, after he alerted the Holders and sister co-owner Margie Malone Tuckson 0f the information he had, requesting comment, the family quickly moved to put the abortion clinic building into a blind trust.

Of course I am ignorant on finance, Only experience I have is in renting out my home a few times, [disaster ] and being a tenant myself.

A trust be it blind, open, closed what ever is something only rich people have.  When it comes to tax laws, All depends on who is interpreting it including the confusion of the laws by the IRS itself.

Surprisingly when I have needed help with the law on State laws I have found more information at the local library then anywhere else.   Those Librarians are sharper then most lawyers.
