So Ted Kennedy Was Behind No Child Left Behind???
I was not aware of that until tonight watching the DVD Waiting For Superman.
The movie has changed a few of my core beliefs about education.....
Yep.
<<<been pointing that out for years, but the primitives, especially the miserable old bitch Anne, the dysmenopausal Kansas school teacher, never paid attention, instead always venting their irrational Hate on George Bush.

3. "No Child Gets Ahead" -- it should be.
I despise this law. It would be immediately repealed in its entirety if I had my way.

11. Yes, he put tremendous work into it and was very proud of it

But W suckered him into believing it would be fully funded.
This is one of those nice reminders as to why Skinner gets paid to contain them to the island.

:wtf2:
GWB gave dead Ted carte blanc with that POS! It's Teddy's bill, lock, stock, and barrel, and if it "lacked any funding", consult the House. They wrote the check.
But I guess in a DUmmie's world, a 50% increase in the DOE's budget in 8 years is being "not fully funded". :thatsright:

Unless you're Obama congress sets spending.
Who was closer to congress, Bush or the alcoholic murderer?

My guess would be on the drunken bastard from Massachusetts with a prominent last name, who was too drunk to fish, but not too drunk to swim.
His last name (and famous brother) was the ONLY reason this waste of space was in the Senate, and not the pen.

1. And the Republicans were responsible for not funding it.
So.....it was a bad program, but we should've spent money on it anyway?

Oh frank, you repuglican you, you know we were supposed to fund any program put forth by Dead Ted. It doesn't matter if it's bad or not. Darn, it's like you think we should be fiscally responsible or something.

Those damn republithugs took the Dunkin' Drunkard's wonderful bill and made it a terrible law by not fueling it with more and more and more misdirected money.

Once again the DUmmies show just how low information they really are.
They remind of me of that asshat Jim Carrey in DUmb and DUmber when he sees the newspaper clip from 1969 about the moon landing, then he runs through the hotel yelling "We landed on the moon".

I haven't seen it (Waiting For Superman) but I heard it was good. Is it on Netflex yet?

Well that, and the fact that Massholechewsits (sic) is full of the stupidest people on earth.
