I have to share this with DU....!
This was one of the most awesome putdowns I've ever participated in!
I've had a really hard time for the last day and a half. Hard physically and mentally. I won't bore you with that except to say that last night I got four hours of sleep, and it's charitable to call it sleep. We were having really cold, crappy weather, and I was out in it without the best equipment to cope with it. So the "sleep" didn't amount to much, and with the hard day today (more of the cold raw windy weather), I was not in a good mood when I got home this evening. I got out of my dirty clothes, put on some warm dry clothes, and went straight to bed.
So when my phone rang two hours later, I was kinda pissed. I became even more pissed when the caller identified himself as being from "Concerned Women of America" calling for my mother (and he mispronounced her name, which made me even madder). If you're not familiar with 'em, CWA is Beverly LaHayes' group of religious-right fundie storm-troopers. I'm pissed to have my sleep disturbed at all, and even more so because it's these idiots.
So I interrupted his spiel with, "Let me make this clear to you, sir. I'll use small words you can understand. If you EVER...call this number again...I will reach through this phone, and I will encircle your throat with my hand....and I will SQUEEZE it...until the PUS pops out the top!"
And I slammed the receiver down in his ear! I couldn't have pulled a line like that out of my head in my most coherent moment if I tried--but, boy, when my brain was this mushy, somehow it just flowed out to perfection!
("...until the pus pops out the top!" )

After analyzing the situation I have come to the conclusion that the DUmmie is lying.
Most of us know that a DUmmie's natural tendency is to lie. Sometimes a DUmmie will lie even in cases where telling the truth would be more beneficial to it. While this played a factor in reaching my conclusion it played only a smalll part.
First, the DUmmie makes it sounds like this happened late in the evening. I have a hard time believing that a Christian group that promotes family would make a cold call late in the evening. I'm not saying that this is completely impossible. Just that I personally find it unlikely.
Second, I find it hard to believe that a DUmmie not only has a job but has a job that is 'hard physically'.
Third, the DUmmie is able to remember everything it said word for word, but it got the name of the organization incorrect. The group is Concerned Women FOR America. Not Concerned Women Of America. Also, the DUmmie's "s" and apostrophe after the founder's name leads me to believe that it thinks the name is "Beverly LaHayeS" instead of the correct "Beverly LaHaye" with no "s".
Fourth, I find the timing suspicious. This DUmmie supposedly tells off a member of a Christian group that is opposed to abortion at the same time the trail of Gosnell is going on.
All of this combined makes me believe that the DUmmie is lying. Most likely the DUmmie was lounging around and heard parts of something some leftwing commentator said about the group and founder and the DUmmie figured a made up story about telling off a member of the group would give it some DU street cred.
If it would have just said that it was rude to someone on the phone and left out the details it would have been perfectly believable as rudeness is another natural tendency of a DUmmie.

Wow Dummie. That poor person is just trying to earn a living. Why do you hate working people? Maybe they should unionize and come to your house when you do that!!!

It wasn't even that awesome of a put-down. It wasn't even a put-down, really, it was more of an empty threat, wasn't it. And it was really douchy how he repeated his rather disgusting punchline. What an asshole.

The intense political violence, reminiscent of Pol Pot or Rwanda in 1994, hasn't started--yet.
The DUmb****s seem to want it to. Be very careful what you ask for, DUmb****s--you just may get it. Once it starts, it will be nearly impossible to stop until one side is dead. :o
