In Powersave mode (which is the way I watch because it looks just fine) the TV only uses like 70W of power

My whole thing is because of that power saver mode my backlight halflife is about 50k hours now instead of 30k to 35k

Nope but panisonic makes one that is 63 inches and costs around 5 thousand dollars.
