Oh my.

Skins's island has been boring, really b-o-o-o-o-o-o-r-i-n-g, the past couple of days, as the primitives wax indignant about Massa Barry messing with their social security.  One'd think the world's going to end.

I found something cooler than a banana slicer

Ice-cube-tray in a bottle

The "Polar Bear Ice Tray" is a sealed bottle that makes icecubes and then facilitates their easy removal. The sealed container keeps freezer flavors away, and once it's all frozen, you can dislodge the ice by giving the bottle a whack on a countertop and then pour it out of the mouth. Looks like a clever way of solving an old problem, though I haven't tried it myself.

Okay, that's neat, really neat, I guess, this ice-cube maker, but one's still rather more curious about something else--has the brain-damaged primitive squared everything away with the Internal Revenue Service yet?

Ugly butts in:

1. There would be a lot of up sides to this thing but the major down side for those of us who live out of our freezers is that it sucks up so much space for so few ice cubes.

It's still a neat idea, much nicer than juggling full ice cube trays and spilling half the water.

ETA: all it needs is a redesign. Instead of keeping the big bottle shape, flatten the side opposite the cubes so they can be stacked and raise the drainage hole a bit to compensate for the loss of overall volume.

2. I fill my ice cube trays then slide them into an empty bread bag and twist the end closed. Slide it into the freezer and it does the same thing but takes less space.

3. Can't anything be cool around here? Anything? Does everything have to be shot down as impractical?

Wow bread bags, I bet they get a lot of oohs and aahs when you have company over......

<<<thinks it'd be cooler if the brain-damaged primitive explained how he got out of his predicament with the Internal Revenue Service.

That is, if he's gotten out of it yet.

7. We always had a surgical glove "cube" in the freezer

filled it up, molded over frozen peas, and voila..an instant head-bump ice pack.. (3 boys under 6 at the time)
It was a bit off-putting for an unsuspecting adult who went for ice...

Even making ice cubes is too difficult for them to deal with.  ::)

What is an "ice cube tray"?
Maybe Alice Kramden had one in her kitchen.

And even more puzzling, what does this mean:

I guess those "tray" things and those "freezer flavor" things are unique to filthy DUmp democrat kitchens.

Soon they will be posting recipes for ice.
