North Korea exists because China wanted them to exist; it was true in the 1950's and is ten time more true with China being a superpower. China needs to ask itself this, does he want NK to be their version of Israel?, a parasite punk that makes messes because it knows big brother will always have to clean up.

Just how pe-emptive is the DUmmie talking?  Is he talking of starting something just because the high level Norks are bunch of murdering psychopaths that enslave their own people and keep them in an Orwellian nightmare?

Or...

Is he talking, North Korean television is blasting nonstop about the glories of dying for juche, the North Koreans aren't answering the phone, intelligence is reporting that North Korea is out of food, satellite imagery shows more troops moving along the border than normal, and signals intelligence is reporting increased radio traffic consistent with an invasion? 

It matters.

What happens to any dictator's "peoples republic", when they get there ass handed to them?
Instant move to favored nation status and prosperity.
