we knew it was a test because it was 12 noon on the dot, but how stupid can they get

Oh Jesus, she is just looking for something to bitch about isn't she? It's not going to kill anybody to treat it is the real thing and do a drill given how the weather was anyway. :whatever:

The whole state of Kansas did not have single county in a tornado watch at noon CDT today and they probably tested them today, instead of the usual Saturday, because there were tornado watches and warnings up there during that time.
