NPR's Erroneous Show on Disability/SSI

I wasn't the only one for whom "This American Life" set off alarms regarding editorial slant against "entitlement" benefits. There is also a two pronged war being waged on SNAP (food stamp) program - one from the Rethugs who just want to starve the poor to death, and from bluedogs who want to "cut the program to save it", also to let the camels toe in the tent by stipulating which foods the poor can buy. (no junk food - they should be buying healthy organic food that costs 10 times as much, like we do!)
