We see $200 millions for Syrian rebels, $40 million for Gitmo renovation. Is this the republicans' doing? Who sanctioned this?

I think they are having trouble coming up with a lie to tell so they can pin this on the repukes.

The $200 million was sanctioned by the jug-eared Kenyan because his only consistent foreign policy is to support and defend radical muzzies, with the ultimate goal of Israel's annihilation.

The $40 million is to have Guantanamo Bay spruced up for when the jug-eared muslim turns it over to Fidel and Raul.

How about $500 million for the the Palestinian terrorists? (http://www.examiner.com/article/obama-quietly-gives-palestinians-500-million-economic-crisis-cited)  I suppose that is okay since they are enemies of Israel.

Looks like O'Bummer promised another $200 million in addition to the $500.
