DUmmy Bennyboy, the enormously corpulent, worthless, tilesetting diabetic, has somehow survived a week of his suicidal diabetic hunger strike:

Two Beatles, two attempted Murders, one gun, one knife, one
lived, one didn't.
One lived in a a country that banned guns and the perpetrator used a knife with the intent to murder George Harrison. George was not killed and lived for many years after the attack.
The other Beatle lived in a country that allowed guns, in fact worshipped them, but lived in NYC, a city that did not allow guns. His state had strict gun control as well. His murderer, after finding that he could not acquire a gun in New York, went to a state that allowed them. (Georgia) and purchased a handgun. Legally. He then transported that gun to New York and killed John Lennon on the front steps of the Dakota. Yoko could only stand by and watch, it happened that fast.

Is he on a hunger strike? I laughed at the Occupier hunger strikes which meant they could eat all they wanted when the cameras were away.

I doubt very seriously that he is a die-a-bet-it.

It's a shame poor Trayvon didn't live to see the day that all guns were gone....or at least out of the hands of those he wished to attack.

Would additional laws/regulations/restrictions have stopped that?

I find traveling out of the country very challenging being on a fast. When I was on a layover in Madrid on my way to Venice, Italy yesterday, the closest thing I could find to a smoothie to get a little protein was a coffee with vanilla ice cream in it. Traveling for 22 hours is very taxing under normal circumstances–but then again, when have we had normal circumstances since the 2000 and 2004 successful coup attempts that have brought BushCo into power?
I traveled from Venice to the frontier of Italy to the province of Udine which is right at the foot of the pre-Alps. I am here for a huge youth festival which includes many elements of social justice and peace work. It is beautiful and the air feels different from other places that I have travelled. It is strangely soft and gentle as is the natural light. However, there is not a Jamba Juice on every corner, so blended juice drinks with protein powder are impossible to find.
