That is a great house (minus the furnishings, hexagon bathroom sinks, and wall coverings)......but man I do love the light in that place.

I love the yard...........trees!  When I buy some land and build my next house I am going 3 tree pine tree deep around the entire boundary of the property.

That overhead cabinet full of glass is kind of freaky.

Looks like something in an action movie where the spy would be cooking dinner and all of a sudden bullets would come through it and he would run and hide

What's the story with kitchens that are mostly white in color?

Reminds me of an operating room. Cold. Heartless. Not a place to cook a meal for family and friends; rather a place to excise warts from the soles of feet.

It's great for "brought home fast food". Which is what I think when I see an immaculate kitchen.

Only a four-burner stove?  Pfft...kidding.

I'd love to have that kitchen.  Seriously.

3BR, 2BA, 2147 sq. ft., $250K.

I don't know that area--that a good price for there?

Here, you can have some of mine. I'm sick of raking leaves.

Nice.  I had to look at that glass cabinet a while before I decided if I'd like it or not.  I like more color in a kitchen, too, but the white wouldn't be a deal breaker.  Looks like a pretty nice house, but is it heresy to say the walk-in closet has too much floor space?  It's too big!

I am not crazy about the windows in the bedroom and den(?) . I agree with Chris about the overhead glass cabinet, too much glass...

Yeah... if I'm gonna spend that kind of money I want at least a six burner. Hell my little cheap stove got 5. 4 burners and 1 that has a griddle/burner in the middle. Use the middle burner during canning season and for holidays. Never used the griddle thing.

Had an aunt with a huge, I mean huge, high ceiling  kitchen like that....except she had cabinets above the normal height cabinets that went all the way to the ceiling and a rolling library ladder that went all the way around the kitchen so she could get to those upper cabinets.

Old saying here 'bouts....A farmers wife never has enough cabinets and the farmer never has enough sheds.

Those white kitchens posted just above...that's way too much bright light for first thing in the morning.

The house in the OP:  How do you get anything down from that glass cabinetry?

Oh, and I do not like those horizontal cranky windows.  Reminds me of what would be at the old huntin camp.

Yeah, but problem is my kitchen will never have an island in it.  Too small.

I'm also pissed that I'll pretty much never be able to expand the master bathroom, and that's going to be a HUGE issue if I ever sell the place.

Well they are magazine homes, you would put window treatments on the windows if you lived there.
