Omaha VA shuts down operating rooms indefinitely
The Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Omaha has shut down its operating rooms indefinitely because of a problem with the humidifiers in those rooms.
VA officials said Saturday that there has been no infection problem as a result of the humidifier breakdowns. Nevertheless, they said, maintaining the proper humidity level in operating rooms is important.
Until the problem can be identified and the humidifiers fixed or replaced, surgeries will be referred out, primarily to Creighton University Medical Center and the Nebraska Medical Center.
The VA hospital at 4101 Woolworth Ave. performs about 300 surgeries a month, ranging from joint replacements to cancer operations to spine surgeries.

1. It Is An Older Facility
When I needed to go there several years ago for some shots prior to a trip to Africa I remember making a mental note that the facility was going to seed from lack of attention. It looks like that lack of attention is now biting them in the backside.

My question is this; what does Omaha Steve care about this? He never served in the Military, he is a phony of the highest order and should have his a** beat if he actually showed his face in this facility, so why does he give a s**t?

There must be some mistake.
I've seen photographs posted by Steve Dawes, showing him in an ill-fitting uniform, wearing combat medals.
He's apparently as much a military combat veteran as TomInTib, DollarBillHines, DUmotex, numbersBoo, and the other democrat heroes.

To be certain that hospital was due to be replaced years ago. It was old when my grandfather went in for something before he passed away. It was built I think in the 1940's maybe 1950's and it has done its job but a new hospital is needed. To bad no one has done anything to make it happen. Why OS cares is beyond me unless he is afraid the Government Union drones are in danger of getting fired.

Fortunately, Omaha has a number of hospitals so there will be plenty of places for patients to receive surgery.

I think that you're onto something. He can't come right out and say it; he's too sneaky-smart for that. He has to drop hints (remember the 'big thing' he had for his council run?) and get others to beg him to reveal it.

I remember well the excitement and anticipation. The DUmp was in a frenzy unmatched since Fitzmas.
And then....it was that stupid natural-gas-whatever-in-the-hell-he-was-talking-about business that guaranteed his last place finish.
