Most, perhaps as many as 5,000, went to Argentina; between 1,500 and 2,000 are thought to have made it to Brazil; around 500 to 1,000 to Chile; and the rest to Paraguay and Uruguay.
These numbers do not include several hundred more who fled to the safety of right-wing regimes in the Middle East.
Many of the Middle Eastern regimes were leftists, like Syria and Iraq.

The Mufti who started the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt had their fighters helping Hitler.

Even the Russians were involved in stirring up the ME Muslims and several of their Dictators were trained in East Germany and Russia by the KGB. They also goaded the Egyptians and into the Israeli 6 day war.

I have known about that and that site for years. Many Nazis fled to the Middle East, like Egypt, Syria, Iraq, Iran, and Palestine.
