Rolling gun battle on Las Vegas Strip leaves 3 dead, 3 injured
Rolling gunfire between two cars on The Strip early Thursday left three people dead and three others injured and led to multiple vehicles crashing at the popular intersection of Flamingo and Las Vegas boulevards, police said.
The shootout began shortly before 4:30 a.m., when occupants of a black SUV began firing at a Maserati as the vehicles drove along the mostly deserted avenue of casinos. As the shootout reached the crossing of Las Vegas and Flamingo, the cars ran a light and the Maserati collided with a taxi.
The taxi burst into flames, killing the driver and passenger. The driver of the Maserati was also killed and the vehicle’s passenger was taken to the hospital. In all, five vehicles were involved in the crash and more people may be hurt, police said.

The term "rolling gunfire" is ******* stupid. I would be embarrassed to have something that stupid published in a national paper.
Idiot journalists.

It was just one person shooting at a car. I don't even know where they get the term "Rolling gunfire". Earlier in the morning, I also heard some reports say, "rolling gunfight". It's complete stupidity.
ANYWAY, this whole thing started with an argument at the valet of the Aria casino. Not sure what it was about, but there was some huge hip hop thing going on at Haze nightclub last night/this morning. The driver of the Maserati, Kenny Clutch, is a local rapper. I've never heard of him.
The taxi driver is Michael Boldon, who had just started his shift an hour prior to the horrific car accident.
I heard on the way home that California Highway Patrol had a black Range Rover pulled over outside of Bakersfield. That was around 4:45pm. Haven't heard anything else yet, but I hope it was the right Range Rover.

Can't those rappers just get along....... :whatever:

If Obama had sons...they'd close the Strip for 15 hours. Atta boy, guys!

The Range Rover they had pulled over in California yesterday was the wrong one. The police are still looking for it. I really hope they find it soon, but doubt it. The police didn't release the description of the vehicle right away, it took about three hours AFTER the shooting. They have their Range Rover back in California, hiding in a garage.
