These are the same people who cheer every time the dems take away a little more of our liberty, in fact they accuse 0bama of not moving fast enough to take our freedoms away. I think the problem is they don't understand liberty unless it involves sexual activity then they are libertarians, but every other aspect of our lives must be controlled by the government.  :mental:

3. ...I would like to point out that anyone who believes in government is willing to trade some liberty for security. After all, isn't that the whole reason for government in the first place? I'm not sure I agree full with his sentiment, but I think Lenin was at least in the right direction when he wrote "Where the State exists there can be no freedom. Where there is freedom there is no State."

Oh I believe in quoting Dictators too.

Adolph Hitler;

What luck for rulers that men do not think.

I use emotion for the many and reserve reason for the few.

The great masses of the people... will more easily fall victims to a big lie than to a small one.

By means of shrewd lies, unremittingly repeated, it is possible to make people believe that heaven is hell -- and hell heaven. The greater the lie, the more readily it will be believed.

The most foolish mistake we could possibly make would be to permit the conquered Eastern peoples to have arms. History teaches that all conquerors who have allowed their subject races to carry arms have prepared their own downfall by doing so.

I hope I didn't burn my mole with that comment.

Polls are some of their favorite mole traps, but the real trap in this one isn't the poll itself, but what one might write in a comment while under the illusion that there is safety in numbers.
