Ugh... How Jesse Jackson Jr. (D) Spent His Campaign Funds
I'm glad he's gone.

How Jackson Spent His Campaign Funds
Former Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. (D) pleaded guilty today "to a conspiracy to siphon about $750,000 in federal campaign funds for their personal use," the Chicago Tribune reports.
"About 3,100 personal purchases were made on campaign credit cards, totaling $582,772.58... Prosecutors said $60,000 was spent on restaurants, nightclubs and lounges; $31,700 on personal airfare; $16,000 on sports clubs and lounges; $17,000 on tobacco shops; $5,800 on alcohol; $14,500 on dry cleaning; $8,000 on grocery stores and $6,000 at drug stores."
"In one of the more exotic purchases, Jackson used campaign funds in the spring of 2011 to pay a taxidermist in Montana $7,058 for two mounted elk heads to be shipped to his office in Washington. This was the beginning of an FBI sting, according to court documents."

I'm far more interested in what Bela Pelosi did with her campaign money.
I'll bet she makes this guy look like a piker.

$17,000 on tobacco shops
That is a shit ton of Black and Milds for his blunts. There is no way he even knows what an Opus X is.

I had heard that he also bought several fur coats. Where the hell is PETA?

This is exactly why elected officials should be taxed at 200% of their income!

Newspaper said there was also a $43,000 Rolex in there as well.
It reminded me of Pacman Jones going into a strip club lugging a garbage bag filled with ones and fives to "make it rain".
It was similar level of fiscal responsibility, except in Pacman's case it was legal until the gunfire broke out.

I remember that, being a Titans fan and all.

Yes, I can totally understand the whole taxidermist thing, I mean, all those wild elk that used to walk up and down Wacker Drive at the turn of the century and all that...

How long does it take to spend three quarters of a million dollars? I could have a whole lot of fun for the price of a silly Rolex.
If his donors were smart, they'd sue him to get their money back, but they're probably not.
-
What gets me is that he expected to get away with it, scot free. He and his wife thought that just because his last name was Jackson and they were black liberal politicians they would be untouchable.
Bipolar Disorder my ass, when they realized the gig was up he decided to become "bipolar". What is his wife's excuse?
This reminds me of Prince George's County. The county at large commissioner was busted in a corruption sting by the FBI who found the money they had given him stuffed inside his wife's bra (that she was wearing). His wife was also running for a seat on the county commission. They were elected anyway. When I asked some PG county resident's why the answer was, "we didn't have a choice." When I point out they could have voted for the Republican, they looked at me like I had grown horns. Between that and their Obama apostasy, I wouldn't trust anyone from that county.

Well, he didn't quite get away with it, but it's just a speed bump.
He may spend three or four years in a federal medical facility.
In November, 2018, he will be re-elected to Congress from a Cook County ghetto district. Even money he's in the Senate a few years later.
Remember, another prominent ghetto democrat, D.C. Mayor Marion Barry, was videotaped smoking crack cocaine with a whore.
He did six months in federal prison, and a year-and-a-half later was elected to the D.C. City Council.
In ghetto politics there's no stigma attached to criminal behavior.

I am SO tired of seeing coverage of this non-stop, 24/7, on every news channel relentlessly. :rotf:

Pffffft....
That's 4 cartons in Cook (D) County.
What gets me is that he expected to get away with it, scot free.
Just a guess, of course, but if he was never involved with the $eats for Cash-a-palooza that is Illinois politics; he very well may have. The Chicago media has been lying, covering and whitewashing Jackson Inc. (and family) for decades.
Bipolar Disorder my ass, when they realized the gig was up he decided to become "bipolar". What is his wife's excuse?
A complete dodge. No one will call him on it because, see above.

Damn, I had forgotten all about that. Thanks!

He could serve his time, be granted his rights back, run for re-election, and dumbass Dims would still vote for him. Trust me. Happened here. Google Ed McIntyre.
-
Did anybody hear Rush yesterday about 1:00? He said, "If Jesse Jackson had a son, wouldn't it look like him?" Then he laughed. He's right. Jr. doesn't look like Sr. He doesn't have that muppety face.
That said, every other comment here was depressing. The utter lack of a moral core and all that.

9. What a dishonest fool!
The only thing I ever liked about him was the "D" next to his name.
Pretty much sums up the primitives voting record, and they wonder why our country is going down the crapper!

Wow, good find. Your right on that. A D beside his name and he is black. That is a double democrat voter delicious.
