These DUmmies just don't get it. It's not the Republicans they have to worry about, it's the Red State demonrats who have already come out in opposition to a new AWB.
But if they're stupid enough to waste their money in a very pro gun state like KY., more power to them.
-
As you said, more power to 'em. Have 'em throw their money away. :fuelfire:

You're entitled to your opinion, "Rodney", but when your "opinion" affects my rights, you can go pound sand, dick.

Which branch of service did Rodney serve in?.......code pink?

The Rats are making so much noise about gun control/confiscation that even if the AWB doesn't pass it will trigger another 1994 election.
The rats are flush with victory, and the mask is slipping. Go ahead get as nasty as you want.
Cumo is finished in NY. It will go the same for others.

I don't think that Cuomo is 'finished in NY'--there's a lot of NYC-dwellers who like gun control, and will vote for him regardless. They outnumber us more sensible, upstate folk. Do I think he'd be a viable candidate for the Presidency in 2016? No. If Joe Biden wants it, it's his. I don't think that Hillary Clinton will run again, mainly as one last twist of the knife to Bill (there's a lot of Dems who hate Hillary). Besides, there's Hillary's health issues to contend with. Biden gets the nod, and loses to the Republican (Rubio, if he wants it).
I also read that the average Senate seat loss for the party in power, in the sixth year of a two-term President's reign, is 8.6 seats--call it 9 Senate seats. That would give the Republicans 54 seats. Obama's pretty much a lame duck at that point, with both houses of Congress controlled by his opposition.

We'll have a bunch of Tea Party candidates whom the press will successfully portray as nutty.
Remember the witch lady? Akin?
Fifty-four seats is very unlikely. Fifty-one would be a tremendous victory.

I'd be happy with that, at least we can stop obama's socialist agenda and hopefully expand the majority in 2016 along with the presidency.

We need candidates with balls like Ted Nugent who aren't afraid to make the media look like the partisan idiots they are.

YES!! :cheersmate: I watched him take Piers Morgan to the woodshed the other night and poor Piers didn't know what hit him. Ted would be my choice for a Rep.

That would be fine if you're happy with 35-40% of the vote.
Ted is a clown to half the population, and an embarrassment to most of the rest.

While I haven't seen a single statistic on who's embarrassed by Ted, you wouldn't have to do it the same way he did it. There isn't just one type of personality in the world. But his boldness and unwillingness to allow Morgan to define him OR his beliefs was refreshing. Reagan had the same kind of boldness. So does Cruz but he's still very new to national politics and is a relative unknown. I don't see ANY of that in any of our leaders today. Boehner can barely dry his eyes long enough to lead. I'm sick and tired of having "leaders" who are a bunch of pussies! How do you know that he's a clown to half the population? Couldn't you say the same thing about 0bama (granted he's the more dangerous kind, like Pennywise)?
How many times have conservatives cringed at some outrageous, mean, untrue and completely wild eyed statement or accusation by someone on the left ("he hasn't paid his taxes for 10 years" and/or "he caused my wife's cancer") and we think, "nobody can believe that" or "that's so over the top no one will believe that", "what a loon, how can anyone take him seriously". Yet, here we are. I'm sick of our side being spineless wimps afraid to take it to the other side and the press (but I repeat myself) with the boldness necessary to get the message to the low information voters. I'm sick to ****ing death of worrying about what "everyone else" thinks and letting the left define who we are or how we should act so as not to offend everyone. Ted was in the news yesterday because he was so bold and even if you think he's an idiot, you couldn't misunderstand his message. Don't think I've seen such a thing happen with a conservative in ages. Cruz may get there, if they don't "Allen West" him.
The thing about the low info voters that I think we fail to understand is that it often takes bold and outrageous to get their attention. Seems to work for the left.
