Why in the hell is ****ing gas up to $4.00 for reg. in Ca.

Are the bathrooms ****ing flooding in the refineries? How come we always end up paying for it when something ****s up in their world?

http://www.democraticunderground.com/1251282666

I would think with all the tax increases in CA that everyone would be so prosperous that $4 a gallon gas should be affordable.

It used to be when gas was that high that Pelosi and her gang would be all over it blaming the President, yet the past 4 years they haven't said a word. Strange huh?  :-)

2. Well, this morning on our local news, they quoted AAA as saying this time it was due

to an improving economy. That was minutes before they talked about the slight drop in GDP last month.

Well 0bama did say that low gas prices only happen under a bad economy and since this is 0bama's economy it has to be good, right?  :lmao:

10. Now that I posted the bullshit that they are pulling on us once again.

I’m calling my reps. in congress right now. Its outrageous that they always seem to lead from behind when this shit continually comes up. Sherman, Fienstein, Boxer,? You’re getting a call right now!!!

Save your fingers the trouble, they won't do anything because they don't want to make 0bama look bad. If Bush was still in office, they would be calling you over the gas prices.

12. Update.....Just called Boxer”s Office. Staffer Said I was the first call of the day!

Does that surprise me?

Doesn't surprise me a bit, that would be 12:34 Eastern time, so your fellow moonbats are still in bed. It's a weekday after all and they can't be bothered to get up early.

Reason number one, kalifornia has the highest gas taxes and sales taxes in the nation.
Reason number two, 0bama has made it a priority to keep oil high to force super expensive green energy on us.
Reason number three, 0bama and Teh Bernake are debouching our currency to force Americans to live like the third wolrd.

Just wait until the low IQer sees his electric bill go up 35% because of the  kalifornia leftists climate change bill. The only sliver of silver lining to having the socialists in charge is that the DUches are hurt the most.

Brace yourselves and prepare for what's coming, DUmmies.  Fuel prices will necessarily skyrocket under that one's cap and trade plans.  If you don't like it, why don't you just go invent a solar powered car?

A couple of short weeks ago, they wanted everyone to praise Obambi for the drop in gas prices.
Now??

I only have to buy gas every couple of weeks and it always seemed like it would drop right after I filled the tank.   I haven't seen any of those drops of a few pennies in a while.  It seems like it's just slowly creeping up a few cents at a time every few days.

Don't you know that every time Barry O lowers the gas prices, Bush comes behind his back and raises them even more?

Not so much

I have to fill up every 3 days.  This morning, gas was $3.15.
This afternoon, $3.29.
Same gas station.
For once, I agree with the DUmmie.  WTF!!!

Hell I filled up Sunday for 3.07. Today it was 3.40, and to top it all off just before Christmas it was 2.97. Then out of the blue a bunch of problems happened at refineries. What is the excuse now?

A switch to summer blends?  That's about the only thing I can think of.

You're about 2-3 months early.  Spring outages at refineries are in April.

Everyone knows that it's Bush and his big oil buddies.  They are trying to make sure a repug gets into office next election.

Next election is 2014, and I'm hoping a LOT of repugs get into office!   :II:

Especially the Senate.

I saw this on Drudge . . . I'm going to go beyond the five paragraphs to get to the money quote.  It's pretty early to be doing what is in that . . .

Quote
Gas Prices Heading Up Again

CHICAGO (CBS) – Hold on to your wallets: we are in the middle of a gas price spike, and experts say it will only get worse.

CBS 2′s Courtney Gousman learned several factors might push the price in our area to more than $4 a gallon.

It’s now become a task most people dread — pulling up to the pump.

“I never know depending on the day,” said motorist Carrie Secrist.

“It’s no fun at the pump,” said driver Veta Charles.

You might have noticed gas is on the rise. Gas Buddy.com senior petroleum analyst Patrick DeHaan said it’s up 20 cents per gallon over the last week. He predicted the climb will continue.

“The Chicago average could go another 10 to 20 cents across the next two weeks. When will we see relief? It may be a few weeks, if at all,” DeHaan said.

He said refineries are already getting ready for the summer blend, and slowing production of the winter blend, resulting in a reduction of gasoline supplies.

But, the next paragraph details something about a refinery fire in Toledo that will also put a small crimp in gas supplies.

we typically hear about the switch to summer/winter blends coupled with "a few key refineries down for scheduled maintenance" as the cause for the spike in gas prices in California.

You would think that the refineries would be able to stagger the "scheduled maintenance" to avoid shortages, but then that would get rid of one of their excuses to raise prices.

You're asking this while living in California?  Your state is its own entity.  You've got all these special blends because of the enviro whackos, so any adjustments in market prices is going to swing even worse for you.  Where have you been the last few years, moonbat?

It's great to see sky-high prices in California!

I hope all those bumper-to-bumper moonbats crawling around the Cali expressways are burning $5 gas.

They voted for it.

Al Gore said gas should cost $5 a gallon and that was in the 1990's....inflation plus democrat policies = ? hell, gas is cheap at $4 a gallon.
