Title: Obama to kill jobs council

Now that President Obama has been re-elected, the vaunted jobs council is about to meet its demise.

A White House aide tells The Hill today that the jobs council â€œwas only intendedâ€ to last for two years. Obama is reportedly irked by the fact that the jobs council has recommended lifting regulations rather than creating new ones. Since the American people obviously did not hold Obama accountable for his economic failures as president, he is now going to focus on other issues: climate change, gun control, abortion, and immigration.

The Jobs Council wanted to do things that might create jobs. Obama couldn't stand for that since it conflicts with putting more people on welfare.

Funny, about two years ago was the last documented meeting of the jobs council. O wouldn't create a council like that just for political optics, would he? :sarcasm:

I would guess they would have made enough to be in the new higher tax bracket.

I think most of them were already millionaires, so I doubt if they even made enough to pay their accountants and lawyers.
