Is a minority of us in red states who despise their bullshit, but they want to force it on us, too. We are doing everything we can to resist and throw up legal challenges, but the gop do outnumber us.
And don't tell me to move. I have a home and family here. Our work is here, too.

And for some of us, who have a special needs child, having family available is a necessity. You can call it a choice, but the reality is that without family, our lives would derail. Some choice.

Like every other Communist country, North Korea claims to offer Universal Heathcare -- and like other Communist countries, the truth is the only people who get Heathcare are those the state deem worthy, or the wealthy.
Why is it okay at DU to report North Korea's failing, yet when one reports the same failing in Cuba or Venezuela, one gets a face-full of PPRoni ?

I read this morning that many in No Korea are now eating their children to survive. Since the DUmmies have a short supply of those, they would probably become extinct in the near future.

And what is this shit about women? I have lived in the south nearly my whole life and I don't see it. My mother is one of the most successful realestate agents in the country and top 5 in the south east. And her husband (my father) a Christian Evangelist. You would think she would be down in the ****ing basement chained to cinderblock if you listend to these ****ing idiots.

The 4th child was almost born on the way to the ER, I once sewed up a nasty cut on my arm so my mother wouldn't know that I did actually get hurt riding my sled down the wrong side of the floodwall (I was 15, what can I say).
Do those count? :-)

Unlike DU some of us have actually been to Korea. I was there for year on the DMZ at a place called Camp Liberty Bell. It was just across from Camp Bonifas where the North Korean guards killed some of our guys for cutting down a tree. I have seen the other side of the border and that place might as well be the other side of the wall in the TV show "Game Of Thrones. They have a small city on the other side of the border that has no one living in it just to show off to the West that they could build it. They turn the lights on at night and run till morning but no one is there no heat but then again I hear most of the north has no heat in their homes.
I saw a North Korean guard one time freezing his butt off in one of their towers in January without heat or windows in the tower. He had one one of those big coats with a fur collar and gloves and that was it. I was in one of our towers with heat and coffee and dressed all my winter gear plus my weapon and ammo. I have no idea how long he had to stay there but I was done in two hours and then back to my rack unless we were training or had to do a patrol in the DMZ. We had it easy compared to them but they chose their lfestyle and they can have it.v

Wow, who let the monkeys out of their cage? Uh, DUmmies, the reason N. Korea is so easy to control is because the citizens DON'T have weapons.
I don't know anyone who lives in a red state that doesn't have health care. You guys, however, are always complaining that you don't have any. And now everyone, whether they live in a red state or blue state is going to be forced to pay for 0bamacare (substandard at best and not worth the burden we're putting on our children & grandchildren). The MAJORITY of the country didn't and still don't want it and know it's unconstitutional. That's the kind of thing third world dictators force on their citizens.
I have no ****ing idea where you get the idea there are no schools. Granted, they get less funding than cities but they're better educated as test scores show. It's in your precious dem controlled cities where drop out rates are high and kids graduate from high school without being able to read or have basic math skills.
The women being silenced is simply stupid. I would suggest you look at all the prominent and vocal conservative women from so called red states. You know, the ones you heap vile, misogynous insults on because they don't believe everything you think women should believe. So who is it that wants women silenced?
As far as red & blue states go, try looking at a map that breaks down the country by counties instead of states. It's much more accurate. You'll notice the majority of the country is "red". But then, if you can't keep people in their little stereotyped boxes you've been told they belong in, your whole world view falls apart doesn't it? It must be so sad to go through life with so many prejudices, unable to think for yourself because you fear being ridiculed and ostracized.

I know how to shoot a moving target but is there something I need to learn about how to shoot from a moving vehicle? Hooah. I was there from December 86 till December of 1987. I wanted to get out of there before the 88 Olympics started in case the Nonks got some crazy idea they could open a new highway and use Liberty bell as a speedbump. My first field exercise in Korea after we finished our turn in the DMZ was freezing after the first day. It got so cold they told us after the first or second guard watch that everyone had to stay in our sleeping bags and not get out till morning. The next day was just as bad and even the HQ element that had parked the Humvees in a tunnel made from concreate forze their asses off . So we built fires after breakfast and then the stupid ass KATUSAs started to whine about our cutting trees down to stay warm and me and one of them almost got into a real fight over it. I told him that none of us were freezing to death out there just to keep him happy.
