Teen Planned to Attack Walmart After Killing Family
Source: ABC News

The New Mexico teenager who used an assault rifle to kill his mother, father and younger siblings told police he hoped to shoot up a Walmart after the family rampage and cause "mass destruction."

Police said they are also considering charging the shooter's 12-year-old girlfriend.

According to new information released by police today, Nehemiah Griego, the 15-year-old son of an Albuquerque pastor, had plans to kill his family, his girlfriend's family, and local Walmart shoppers for weeks before he acted on the impulse on Sunday.

"Nehemiah said after killing five of his family members he reloaded the weapons so that he could drive to a populated area to murder more people," a police report from the incident stated.

Only the OP so far.

Will the DUmmies insist the shooter was a right wing gun owner at 15 or will they say he was a misunderstood youth in need of mental counseling as he was obviously a liberal minded nutjob? They can't pass him off as a future teabagger as he was targeting a Walmart, the store that DUmmies love to hate. Hell. I'd bet some DUmbasses are upset because he didn't get to complete his mission.

I vote for the later

Nadin wrote that, didn't she?

Apparently we're a little hazy on the definition of the word "impulse."

Premeditated spontaneity.

Hell of a defense.

Spontaneity......measured in business hours.

8. I'm really starting to believe it is the people and not so much the guns that are seriously dangerous. They use the guns but if guns were not available, they would use something else. Like McVeigh or the 9/11 terrorists.

Feed and seed store, "Hello, Jim Dandy feed and seed store. How may I help you?"

DUmmie, "Do you have 10-10-10 fertilizer in bulk.....I need 10 tons for my backyard garden."

Feed and seed store, "Yes we do."

DUmmie, "Do you deliver?"

Feed and seed store, "Yes we do."

DUmmie, "Good. How about dropping it off at the federal building on Wilson street tomorrow about 8 am."

Every single gun law the kid could violate he did. Now we of course need more gun laws that can be violated to stop this. The kid could have done just as much damage with a car.
