It's okay for the gun show affiliates to change their laws, after a gun tragedy....but....

I find it funny that the Gun Show people have made a new law not allowing people to bring their personal Guns to the Gun Shows now after a shooting at the Gun Show.

I mean of course it's a rational thing to do after a tragedy but when the president does it, he is a fascist who hates america
When Gun show affiliates do, I guess it's just good common sense

MY head is spinning

It's like this DUmmy, $kimmer has every right to ban anyone on his site for not agreeing with the hive mentality. When he does so he is not violating the 1st amendment because he is not the government and he is only restricting speech on his own website. Now let's say that President 0bama signs an EO saying that no views that aren't approved by him can be posted anywhere on the internets he is violating the 1st.

Same goes for gun shows, the event is provided by people who pay to have the event and if they decide to have some rules they can do it. They can't make rules that apply outside of the gun show, so they can't say you can only have seven rounds in a magazine on your own property.

1. republicans just have trouble connecting dots

Just because you connect dots doesn't mean you connect the right ones. The logic in this OP was connecting dot 1 to dot 27.

Having unloaded guns is usually a requirement by the building owner because of insurance demands. Liability insurance would dictate it.

Makes you wonder how they live day to day without someone to remind them to breathe every five minutes.

Yet another dim-witted primitive that can't seem to differentiate between privileges granted on private property, and personal liberties.

Oh, and nice attempt at some straw-man logic, by calling a policy a corporation holds a law.

That just proves that they never paid attention in class when they were taught Government.

i doubt the dealers who pay for a table are all that keen on individuals showing up with guns at their waist or over their shoulders, and a sign on their backs offering the guns for sale, law allowing it or not.

I want to know who the jackass is that keeps reminding them.

Or even worse they did pay attention and their liberal teacher was teaching them this.

They do it so one of you crazy liberal freak bastards doesn't run up in a gun show and start killing people, although you wouldn't last long, thinking you have done your liberal duty by gunning down a bunch of "gun nuts."  And don't say that doesn't sound very logical because you breach logic on a daily basis.

The far more likely situation, IMO.

Watch the liberals go mad dog if laws were passed that parents were responsible for the acts of their children.

Comes down to personal responsibility, the gun shows have rules and the ones that violate them are responsible, not the Gun Show.    Schools have rules about no weapons but a 5 year old that finds and brings a loaded gun to school should not be punished it is the gun owner that left it where a child could find it.

We have over 20,000 laws in place about guns and few are ever enforced.   It is nuts to blame gun shows or the venues that hold drag races or Amusement Parks for harm done to a customer unless OSHA finds a problem.

Lawlessness would go way down if the parents of a child under the age of 16 had to serve a few months in jail for their kids actions.  Adults that do stupid things, they are held accountable but allot of kids would not get into trouble is they knew their Momma had to spend the night in jail.

Called accountability for self and family.    14 year old is caught stealing a car, it is the father  or mother who is hauled away for a few days charged with child neglect.

Have to start responsibility very early to the kids or the kids become adults with none to anyone. Time to stop blaming others for the actions of your kids or adult children.   Very complicated.

The gun shows here have tables set up before you get to the ticket windows. You stop, unload your guns, they verify that they are empty and put a tie wrap through the chamber so you can't close the action.

Just like magic, problem solved.

Same here, Randy.  If you have a gun with you, you have to make another stop after paying admission before you go in to have it cleared and tagged.
